Katia's apartment is located near the highway exit, in a quiet area. Ample parking in front of the house, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Caterina was extremely helpful and helpful, always ready to support us. The property met our needs exactly, it was clean and suitable for a family like ours with small children and with the park immediately in front of the property. The ease of parking is definitely another point in favor of the property. Definitely a property that we recommend and that we will consider future visits to Roccaraso!

This is our third stay at RENATO and MARIA's, the service is EXCELLENT , the location of the apartment is quietly located in the hyper center. We'll most certainly come back to that.

A wonderful space in a wonderful place! Ideal location between the park and the historic aquaduct and piazza. Squeaky clean, welcoming, interesting, quiet, and well appointed.... we enjoyed our time dodging the heat of the day in Nuvoleinviaggio before another stroll to the piazza. Raffaelle ensured we were taken care of from reservation to checkout with excellent and very timely communication on topics from parking to local fare.

We were looking for a place to relax, and we found it! Cozy house, tastefully furnished, very well maintained and clean, surrounded by nature and despite this with every comfort such as TV, WiFi, and above all a fabulous fireplace in front of which we spent relaxing evenings. The owner Maria Cristina has shown a unique availability, and even the neighborhood that has been activated to get us some firewood (thank you Mr. Bruno). Absolutely recommended, hoping, however, that next time we will find a place again!

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. Highly recommended for a stay in the mountains thanks to the wonderful opportunities offered by Majella and for the really comfortable accommodation. Beautiful area, not far from Barrea and Roccaraso, which were the destinations of our trip. The house is in a panoramic position and you can see that it is a well-kept and clean environment.

The stay at Casa Patrizia was really very pleasant❣️ because Patrizia is not just any host...she has a humanity and a soul out of the ordinary...rare to find and for this very valuable! Gently and discreetly present but at the same time manages to transmit and give a lot...both actively and spiritually! We had several exchanges of deep ideas and visions of life... we shared dinners with her and also with her beautiful family🥰... all very kind, thoughtful and friendly! She was gently wonderful with our daughter Miranda ... she was able to spur both her creativity and mine... who was pretty sleepy lately! She always gave us great tips on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Our inquiries are met immediately. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and well ventilated... we have never experienced the heat and always slept well! We found a friend and therefore a treasure💖... thank you

The accommodation, as shown in the photos, is very clean and very nice, with attention to the smallest details. All services are working, including the Jacuzzi. The owners Marina and Marco are very kind and welcomed us with an aperitif left in the fridge. You can get there easily and you can park in front of the accommodation. The house is a stone's throw from the historic centre. Surrounded by silence and greenery. Arpino is recommended for those seeking an oasis of peace surrounded by greenery and history.

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of Gran Sasso Park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, equipped with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving great tips about the area and even helping us manage the house (on several occasions, even in the early morning, he helped me light the fire of the fireplace). Stefano even brought us great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely be back at this place!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

We loved our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures — tons of character that fit Guardiagrele perfectly. The bathrooms are beautiful and well renovated, the kitchen is functional but the appliances could be updated (we made it work just fine), the bedrooms are huge with lots of storage. You couldn’t ask for a better location. We had two toddlers with us and I was worried it may be noisy in the piazza but it wasn’t an issue at all. The church bells are right outside the window but it added to the experience. Ginerva was wonderful and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
