This place is the perfect place for a tranquil vacation!! It’s so well put together & every little detail makes the place feel very homey! Loved the location! The wildlife & nature were beyond beautiful! Great hosts!

Everything was just as described. Clean, quiet, and a peaceful setting. It was just what I needed.

We booked this for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was a great get away from our own homestead. The Eby’s family were wonderful and kind! They let us watch them bottle feed their calves and let us pet them. Their barn kittens and their farm dog Atlas were adorable! We ate at Woodfire for dinner which was one of their recommendations and it was wonderful! Then we enjoyed the rest of the evening relaxing on their giant swing and by the bonfire. My husband loved showering outside being surrounded by nature and I enjoyed a long hot bath. We’re both busy parents of 3 teenagers and we also have a small farm to look after, it was nice to get away for one night with absolutely nothing to do! This place was a slice of heaven, we will definitely come back again!

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living.
