In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

22m2 studio on the first floor of a hotel residence you will find an entrance with closet an equipped kitchenette, living room with double bed (new bedding). a spacious bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Linens are provided as well as the basics of coffee, tea, sugar... Free wifi, a laundromat is at your disposal, ask, the key at the reception. Parking is free and secure. Access to the apartment is free via a lockbox.

New type 2 accommodation of 40 m2 in a very quiet impasse. You will have a beautiful living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person and a kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 bed of 160 adjoining the bathroom. A toilet/linen area with washer area. We have a dryer available to you. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a special charm and very great brightness. Linens, towels, and bedding are provided .

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
