Charming accommodation along the Nantes to Brest canal, 5 minutes from the city center of Nort sur Erdre. Completely renovated, it includes a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, an upstairs bedroom and separate toilet, all overlooking a private outdoor courtyard with garden table. Rental per night: 65 euros (2 nights minimum). Weekly rental from Monday to Friday: 250 euros. Towels, sheets, linens provided: 15 euros/stay.

A 90 m² maisonette with a large living room, an open-plan kitchen and two large bedrooms, located in the heart of the market garden farm in a quiet, wooded setting. Close proximity to the center of Treillières and 10min from the Tram. The farm has another 3-bedroom cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

We welcome you to our comfortable cottage on the ground floor of our house in Nantes, in a green setting, located at the crossroads of the Vélodyssée and the Régalante. You can relax on the terrace or by the pool. The shops and the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes away by car, the Erdre and the small port of La Guillonnière are a few minutes away on foot, and Nantes is 25 minutes away by tram. Parking and a bicycle shelter are available.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.
