Benedetta's home in Lucca

The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica aperta in estate e alla stazione: il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

The farmhouse is an oasis of tranquility among woods and olive trees. Located on a hill in an area full of peace and away from city stress. Inside the farm, there is the old renovated farmhouse (obtaining 3 units) respecting the rustic Tuscan style: terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings. The GIRASOLE apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa and TV, a double bedroom, a small bedroom, and a bathroom. Swimming pool and other recreational areas within the farm.

Arranged in an east-west position thanks to a large terrace, a patio and a large private garden, it allows you to enjoy the sunrise for your breakfast and the sunset for a pleasant aperitif.
