Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Caspian Sea

It's a very quaint house. It's on the fourth floor and there's no lift, which could be an issue for some. The house was very affordable for F1 week, it was clean and well maintained. Shahin and his mom were very helpful, proactive communication. The location is very great, there's metro and bus stops very close. There are grocery shops and restaurants close by too.

The apartment is located in the center of the city only minutes walk to its beautiful shoreline. Apartment itself has everything we needed for the stay. Very roomy and the lighting and heating of the apartment work like a charm. We enjoyed the kitchen very much because all the layouts make sense. The host is very friendly and proactive. Every time we needed something, he was always there to help. Very responsive and willing to take good care of us. We had a very enjoyable experience there. We will definitely come back again. Absolutely five stars!

At tge first here , smooth checking. Apartment was full equipped with everything I need as person coke in home. the location of the apartment btween tge way to white city, Nizami street, Bakek Street. few meters from Bazar. so many resturants and cafes just walking distance. Recommend the place for all viators.

The location is super, the design of the house is interesting, but it is also very beautifully designed. I was satisfied.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Parvin’s place. Everything was pristine clean, the unit is very spacious and modern. Parvin was quick with his responses and he’s always willing to answer your questions. The unit is located closely to some of the beautiful places in Baku. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at Elcin's villa. The space was incredibly comfortable—from the heated floors to the heated pool—and had everything we could ask for. We especially appreciated how responsive, kind, and hospitable Elcin was as a host. I was surprised to find this house even better than it looked in the photos. The house was big and very well maintained. It was impressive how spotlessly clean it was kept. The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive. Communication was very smooth throughout my whole stay. I would definitely want to come back, and would for sure recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quba

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

We had the privilege to be the first Airbnb guest In Sebuhi’s frame house.We had a 2 night stay at Sebuhi’s frame house, very good location calm and quiet area well secured gated house. We had everything in his house, cooking accessories. Supermarket is very near . Overall a very good memorable stay .my wife liked the Kitchen most . My kids liked the pool very much . I really recommend this house from the bottom of my heart , in my opinion it deserved a 5 star review, Thanks Sebuhi bro❤️

This was a perfect stay. The Manager, Mr. Mohammad was so proactive and responsive. He took care of every small issues if guest faced during the stay. Overall, this is just few steps away from iconic Nizami Street

Nice apartment for a reasonable prize and amazing hosts. The location is reachable by metro (15min to 8noyabr and 35minutes to 28may or Nizami) and has several grocery stores nearby, and you may find some okay restaurants as well, but there's otherwise not much to do in the area.
