The apartment is located in Nizami Street, the center of the city. It is a superbly repaired, luxurious apartment worthy of kings. The apartment can accommodate 8 guests. There are large windows in every room. There is an elevator. The apartment is located above the Qazelli cafe. I am telling you, there is no other apartment like this in Icari. Everything in the apartment is brand new. The kitchen utensils are all Italian. It is a 3-minute walk from the apartment to the beach metro. When you stay in the apartment, it is quiet and peaceful and you are in the center of the city. In short, it is wonderful. It is a 5-minute walk to the seaside.

Nizami continental (Formula 1 view)

It's simple: a quiet place to stay in the city center. Enjoy a stylish vacation in the city center. The apartment is located right in the center, 1-2 minutes walk from the sea, the old town and the garden with fountains. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 large balconies (which have sea views). There is a sofa bed. Equipped with high-speed internet. The kitchen has a lot of household appliances. Split air conditioning systems are installed in the bedroom and living room. The TV is connected to the Internet. There is an elevator.

The apartment is located in the city center. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Old city, Crystal Hall. The house is located in a high standard residence surrounded by a supermarket, fitness center, various restaurants and bars. The apartment itself has a SEA view, is new and equipped with all the premium equipment necessary for living. These include washing machine, iron, air conditioner, TV and more. I am sure that it will be an ideal place for couples or friends who come to Baku on vacation.

This villa is located in a peaceful area, 30 min drive to the city and not far from the airport. Beach is 30 minutes walk. Guests can enjoy of indoor and outdoor swimming pool, playstation and pooltable. For stays over 3 days, there is a free airport transfer (up to 4 people). Every second day we will change a bed linen. Moreover we will wash your dishes and take care of your garbage. All these services are free of charge. Upon request we can provide a breakfast and barbecue dinner.
