Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Caspian Sea

Our previous Airbnb was suddenly cancelled, before we could check in. We were glad, that Shirin provided us her Airbnb the same day. The check-in was easy. Thank you Shirin

The place is hard to locate. Host stays in Australia due to which it's hard to communicate. Though the house was clean it had some kind of picklesh smell. The bidet was broken & the plates had oil stains. Even the bedsheets had some stains. We still co-operated as we wanted to be polite. But what happened after that ruined our whole experience. There was no one to pick up the garbage & the host had told to either throw them or keep in the house and it will be cleaned later. But her mom made us carry the garbage with us. She checked the entire house before our exit & made us place the things exactly where they were before. During this trip we used our own towels & never used the towels that were in the cupboard but host charged us 8k claiming that there were lipstick stains on the towels. The pics that she sent as proof did even have lipstick stains. When we denied her claims & sent the proof she took back the complaint. Our experience with the host and her mom was really bad.

Great place and the place was in the center and you don’t need to use any transportation You can walk and find everything close to you

Great place and location. Easy access. Central area close to main attraction. Responsive host , attentive and sorted minor and major without a fuzz. I recommend this apartment to travelers without any hesitation

Great place, great personal, except weak Internet everything was perfect, would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Baku, a lot of small shops nearby, big shopping mall 5 minutes by foot, metro and railway station 3 minutes by foot, all city deliveries are available, about 15 minutes away from the sea by foot.

A scented and spacious apartment. The area is quiet, 10 minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev Park, Füzuli Park, 28 Mall.. It is a building with security on the ground parking floor, it has 2 Lifts. There is a small grocery store, on the ground floor, in front of the building., and the Rahat supermarket, 100 meters away., also, across the avenue to your left is the Bolmart Bazaar supermarket, 5 minutes walk. A scented and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one with a balcony. a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, and another with its toilet and a washbasin. large living room with TV and fast Internet service. kitchen is also very spacious, gas stove with an electric burner., a large, tall refrigerator, a built-in washing machine as well, heating and hot water. Elxan was excellent. always available! He helped us with our immigration registration and getting to the airport. Recommended.

Nazim was super helpful, responsive, and friendly. He gave me local directions and assisted me with all of my requests (like internet connection speed and new linen). Stayed there for more than a month. I would probably stay at his place when I visit Baku again. Totally recommend Nazim's place.

Murad is good people man. He made sure to keep me served and was keen.

The visit will be repeated

Ulvi is a wonderful host, he speaks fluent English, is very helpful, attentive, and responds immediately. The apartment was very clean, cozy and warm. A really great stay with a great host.

A very clean place in the very heart of the city. Fuad went a long way and allowed me to stay until late in the evening so I could go to the airport and still enjoy the rest of my day in the city without worrying about my bags or not having a place for the rest of the day. Before the end of my stay I enjoyed a glass of wine from one Fiads partners and she helped me with the bags and the cab. Dry enjoyable stay

Clean flat in residential area. Quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but other than that, quiet, easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and the sea, and felt totally safe. Great value for money, great wifi, and Anzhela was a very helpful and friendly host!

The hostess of the apartment was very helpful. The location of the apartment is very convenient, a gorgeous view from the window to the Caspian Sea. The apartment looked the same as in the photos, there are all the amenities. There is a supermarket on the ground floor, which was also very convenient. Of the disadvantages - the toilet leaks (but the hostess said that she would fix everything) and there were problems with cockroaches. In general, the apartment left a pleasant impression: a great location, communication with the host, comfort and everything as in the photos. Some minor deficiencies were promised to be corrected by the host.

Nice and clean apartment, lots of space. There is everything you need. The metro is almost across the street, there are lots of cafes and shops nearby. The host is very friendly.

It was very successful in terms of price / performance. The location of the house is also very good as well. Our host was very caring and helpful.
