Our 6' secure fencing provides safety and protection with room to explore our large 'farm style' backyard. Large deck with seating accessible to our guests. We are a quiet, comfortable safe neighborhood close to all the fun things Wenatchee offers! Park, restaurants and coffee stand walking distance!

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

Central to everything in Wenatchee. Steps away from the riverfront walking/biking trail- 11 mile loop. Steps from Hockey/Ice rink and center for entertainment-Town Toyota Center. Elevator access in secure and safe building. -27 minutes to Mission Ridge. -28 minutes to Leavenworth. -48 minutes to Lake Chelan.

Wedge Mountain View Studio

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.

Cabin Getaway

A comfy and modern cabin space with a full kitchen, well water from the sink(delicious). Wood burning stove ( we supply the wood)and a king size bed. A 70 yard walk down a hill to your own private space makes you feel at home. During winter you may want winter boots. Only a 5 mile drive to Leavenworth. Twenty minute drive to Wenatchee. Our home is on the property.

Escape Suite

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

You’ll love our spacious room, its vaulted ceiling, the beautiful outdoor space right off your private entry, and our easy self check-in. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We are 2 blocks from Central Washington Hospital and conveniently located for access to grocery stores, dining, etc.
