Comfortable, quiet, and super convenient, cottage-like beach house. Would recommend anyone to stay here; super clean, safe location, bike to the beach and enjoy the local vibes. 5/5 stars. Will definitely return in the future!!

Scott’s place was great! Clean and fully stocked. Easy walk to the beach and all the beach supplies you would need for a family. Slept 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Wrap around porch was awesome. A small touch I loved was all light switches and drawers labeled. It goes a long way to not have to search when trying to turn on lights or find a spoon! Thanks for a great visit - we will be back!

My girlfriend and I brought our boys down from Michigan to get a few quiet beach days in. This was absolutely perfect, not on the water but definitely close enough for me. We went to Venice and Siesta Key beaches as well as Nokomis.

Our stay at Todd and Marie's cottage was just what we needed for a home base while exploring the area's many outdoor activities. An interactive map and guide to local attractions and restaurants (many within walking distance) was sent a couple of days before our arrival, and that was really helpful. The house and grounds are charming and exactly as described. It was very private and the bedroom felt like you were sleeping in the jungle! We wouldl definitely stay here again on our next Florida trip if it is available.
