It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

This newly renovated cottage is situated in a historic private estate immersed among secular olive trees and stone walls. The whole living space, which includes an entirely equipped kitchen, opens on the terrace thanks to the huge patio window offering a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Portovenere. There are two separate bedrooms with closets and French windows opening on the terrace, and a bathroom. The laundry area is in a separate adjoining space.

"Il Mulino" has its own separate entrance accessed via a comfortable staircase, an outdoor area equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining. The interior is located on a single floor with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a living area/kitchen.

The house has a large terrace as well as a garden. The independent entrance allows for social distancing.

In one of the two rooms there is a pellet fireplace and for its use a separate payment is required (pellet consumption)
