Fantastic place so handy to visit everything and so amazing to be right in the water wish I stayed longer

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

We loved our stay so much! Beautiful house and surroundings :) Borgo Val Di Taro is also a cute village to visit for ice cream, food and a good playground for our small kids! Thanks a lot for everything! We wish to come back in the future!

Very professional welcome and clear explanations, and in French! Very quiet house; everything is well thought out. Very responsive as soon as she receives a message. Very good address. Bikes available with padlock. Close to train station by bike.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful location! A caring and very kind host! The bedding is super comfortable and the accommodation is as shown in the photos. Breakfast is awesome! You can go there without a second thought!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

We liked our stay very much, the house corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. The location is a bit remote, which we found very nice. By bus you can also reach the city center/train station of La Spezia in 20 minutes, the bus stop is almost directly in front of the house and Anna gave us 2 tickets. Anna was super helpful, explained everything to us and was always immediately available for questions. She also gave us good tips for activities, restaurants, etc. At check-in and check-out, they transported our luggage to the car, so we didn't have to carry anything. Car is in a public parking lot about 200m from the house, here Anna reserved a parking space for us before arrival. Upon arrival, a food basket with pastries and honey and coffee was ready. Since Anna doesn't speak German or English, we talked using translator apps, which worked very well. Our dog was very welcome too.

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

The place itself was great and everything was relatively clean. Getting to the property is difficult. There are two options and the one is almost unbearable by car.

Very nice house, peaceful place. The host was very kind, very proactive and had lots of recommendations. They took also very good care of us. They brought us some cake one evening, asked if we needed tomatoes or anything else. When we went home we got a nice present from them with products from the area.

Check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easy to reach and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The stay was all around beautiful! Communication with Giulio was absolutely straightforward and pleasant. The breathtaking view is particularly noteworthy – simply indescribably beautiful. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a magical stay at Ottavio's estate. After a warm welcome and very extensive, helpful tips for the area, there was only one thing left for us to do: slow down. The quiet location in the middle of nature is ideal for completely switching off. There's nothing missing! The cottage was cozy, the bed very comfortable & contrary to our expectations, there were few insects. The bedroom is very cool and dark - perfect for relaxing nights. We especially liked that our dog could live out his freedom, our and Ottavio's dog were really friends and played every day. Thank 😊 you very much for the wonderful time! We'd love to come back! ✨

Beautiful location, isolated from the village and with a unique sea view. Quiet and peaceful, it's nice to get there after a short walk and admire the landscape.

Everything was absolutely perfect – 10 out of 10! The villa was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than we expected. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

We had a great stay at La Vie en Rose! Rosa was an absolute gem of a hostess and went out of her way to make sure we were well cared for. The apartment itself was excellent. Location was very good, as it was convenient to most everything without being in the middle of a highest tourist area. Rosa’s recommendations for local things to do and instructions on details of how to navigate certain day trips were invaluable. And her husband even brought over the remotes for the A/C separately when we asked about it since we weren’t sure if the weather would get hot enough to need them. It turned out we didn’t need them at all, as the apartment stays nice and cool at night, but the service was impeccable. and to top it off, Rosa and her husband have only been taking English classes for about a year, I believe, but their communication in English was absolutely fantastic. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

I had some questions for Maria Tea in advance. Her daughter Loredana always answered these immediately and the contact was also pleasant during the stay. The apartment is great: The view is impressive and the apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished. The apartment is well located: in about 10 minutes at the train station and beach, in 5 minutes at the market square, etc. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro was always super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

The stay at the shelter was beautiful, Luisa was very kind to welcome us during check-in. He recommended places to visit that turned out to be exciting. The apartment is really by the sea, a quiet village with everything you need.

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

I really enjoyed staying at Federica’s. The welcoming was extremely nice and helpful, the apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is extremely near the center. I definitely recommend it.

Housing is close to shops. you just have to cross the road and you are directly on the beach. We were able to swim after the visit to the 5 Lands, what a joy🫶 The bed is extremely comfortable. Roxana is really adorable, very kind and very attentive to these guests. I recommend this accommodation that will allow you to take a very nice break away from the crowds.🌞
