My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille en Toscane. La maison était parfaite, grande, bien équipée, climatisée avec une piscine et espaces extérieurs pour diner au frais. Patrizia est une superbe hote de bon conseil et discrète. Nous avons apprécié l authenticité de cette maison Toscane dont les murs ont 500 ans. Nous étions proches des belles villes toscanes. Je recommande cette belle maison pour une immersion typique en Toscane

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

siamo stati solo una notte perché eravamo di passaggio, ma i ragazzi ci hanno trattato benissimo ed il paesaggio è splendido. se dovesse ricapitare un viaggio da quelle parti, ci torneremo sicuramente. grazie mille (anche da parte del pelosone)

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Siamo stati benissimo in centro ad un paese carino e tranquillo con tutto quello di cui si a bisogno e dove abbiamo mangiato un'ottima pizza ed un eccellente gelato. Se ripasso da qui sicuramente mi fermerò. Ringrazio Diana per l'ospitalità

El alojamiento de Ignazio ha sido una experiencia diferente y poco usual para los alojamientos que solemos alquilar. Pero nos apetecía sentir el ambiente rural y la vida real Italiana. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Alojarnos en una casa típica italiana de la zona de 1800. Todo, absolutamente todo tiene historia. Las habitaciones. La cocina. Pequeños misterios de la casa que Ignazio nos explico con detalle y gran amor. Si eres de las personas que ama la historia y la cultura de otros países está es tu casa e Ignazio tu anfitrión. Nos alegramos mucho de haber podido tener esta oportunidad. El pueblo está muy cerca de la parada de tren para ir a todas las ciudades importante en me día hora por 3€ el billete. La comida de los alrededores! Maravillosa. Nos vamos encantados. Muchísimas gracias por todo Ignazio. Arrivederci!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Het verblijf in woning van Francesca was top. Rustige locatie en de woning was erg comfortabel. De badkamer was erg prettig en de douche was heel fijn( kom helaas ook wel krappe doucheruimtes tegen). Francesca was een fantastische host. In het bijzonder nog een paar zinnen over Francesca. Wat een fijne host. Bij aankomst een vriendelijk onthaal met zelf gebakken koekjes, fruit en lokale likeur. Tijdens het verblijf super snel reageren op berichten als ik om lokale tips vroeg en bij vertrek stond er een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie klaar om mee te nemen. Kortom, gastvrijheid op een hoog niveau.

Für Menschen, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, wandern möchten und keine Angst vor kilometerlanger einspuriger Anfahrt haben, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für Entdeckungstouren in die noch nicht überlaufene Umgebung von Florenz, wo Giotto, die Medici, die Etrusker u.v.m. ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Unterkunft klasse geschnitten, originell eingerichtet, top gelegen mit kleiner Terrasse (leider ohne Direktausgang von Wohnung) - ideal für den Genuss der phänomenalen Sonnenuntergänge hoch über den toskanischen Hügeln. Und Lorenzo ein so sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Останавливались во второй половине апреля 2025 года. Дом в идеальном состоянии, окружен красивейшими пейзажами, оливковой рощей, многоцветием первоцветов, с террасы открывается вид на противоположный склон соседней горы и на луг по которому периодически выходили на прогулку косули. Многоголосье птиц радовало слух. Жилье оборудовано всем необходимым и даже больше, включая чудесный фарфор, разнообразное стекло и хрусталь и всю необходимую кухонную утварь. Пространство грамотно разделено на две зоны, зоной кухни и гостиной с замечательным интерьером и уютным камином, и зоной спален с удобными спальными местами. Рикардо (хозяин) приложил немало усилий для создания атмосферы, попадая в которую, чувствуешь себя как дома. Так же присутствует зона BBQ со всем необходимым для приготовления любых блюд. И что еще впечатлило, это организация дровяного отопления, которое позволяет автономно поддерживать в доме комфортный температурный режим, когда на улице прохладно.

het huis is erg ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Martina had duidelijke instructies gegeven over hoe binnen te komen. We waren eigenlijk veel te vroeg maar dat was geen enkel probleem. De weg/het pad naar het huis is wel behoorlijk steil. We hebben, omdat het nogal warm was, een dagje heerlijk met een boek onder de vijgenboom op het terras, met uitzicht over de vallei, doorgebracht. Kortom een heerlijke plek om even op adem te komen.

Tutto impeccabile tranne il fatto se mi posso permettere di suggerirgli di installare una TV perche` chj non viene in vacanza ma x necessita` ne possa usufruire magari in estate c'e abbastanza vita a pochi metri della casa ma se uno necessita di venire in inverno dove goa` alle 16/30 e`buio la vedo dura.🙏🤗🤗

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place. The house is beautiful, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The entire home was spotless and well-maintained. The garden is absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking. Communication with Marco was excellent throughout. We’re truly glad we found this place — we only wish we could have stayed a few more days!
