We had a great stay. Very close and walkable to the city. Many great restaurant close by. Clean and very comfortable beds and the best pillows to sleep on.

We were guests for 2 days with 2 children. The apartment is very spacious and is very nice and cozy. We felt very comfortable. Everything you need was available, such as towels, hair dryer, dishwasher and even a washing machine. There was a personal briefing. The people in the house were all very friendly. In summary, we can say the stay was wonderful.

Alice and Marco are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to messages. Apartment is great - bright, clean and spacious. 30 minutes walk or an easy 5 minutes bus trip into the city centre.

Perfecto, perfecto, perfecto! This is a hidden gem. We felt we got a great deal on this apartment, it was a large comfortable space with great bed, bath, and kitchen. It was in a quiet neighborhood and her mom, Piera, is on premises so she was always there for questions. The 80 stairs, 2 and 1/2 flights, not 4, are very easy to navigate, short rise and depth is wide. They are beautiful stone steps that match the wide hallways in an historic building. I have to mention the linens, big soft towels and lovely bed sheets, slept so well here. Thank you Piera for all you did for us!

Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

Luciana’s place was perfect for my stay in Bologna. The apartment has a very comfortable living space and the location is only a short 10 min walk to the main piazza and many other attractions. Luciana was excellent at communicating and made me feel very welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was wonderful. In the center of everything and walkable to everywhere. There are dozens of stores and restaurants surrounding it and we felt part of the city. The balcony was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the sights and sounds of the street. Even during the hot summer, the balcony was cool and shaded later in the day, just in time for a glass of wine. The air conditioner cooled the apartment down well. Enrico was very quick to respond to us and answer our questions. He went out of his was to help us and we appreciated it!

Lorenzo was a delight. Everything at his apartment was clean and well maintained and the location is amazing, especially if you like to visit local restaurants. The apartment had even more space than I anticipated and was very comfortable and homey.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible. The accommodation was also very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the hostess is particularly outstanding - it was a very family-like and great stay! We will definitely be back 🤍
