The apartment in Bologna was an excellent base to get to know the city. Comfortable, clean and located in a quiet area but with good access. We felt very comfortable throughout your stay. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

Easily one of the nicest/ well equipped airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location was really great, and also felt very secure. It had every accommodation we could think of and need. The little non essential details that were thoughtfully placed by the host are what really stood out and impressed us.. there were so many unexpected and pleasant amenities everywhere such as snacks, toiletries, baby things, etc. Each room temperature was controlled by its own remote, which is great when you have guests who like to sleep at different temperatures. The beds were large and comfortable. And not to mention, it was impeccably clean, smelled great, and was beautifully decorated. We made many stops while in Italy, and stayed in several airbnbs, and this one was at the top of our list, without competition. DEFINITELY recommend.

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. Unique parking is not easy to find and the noise of the building, a little annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.

Matteo's apartment had a nice location on a quiet street. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, bigger than expected, and everything advertised was present (including iron, shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Nice communication with Matteo, and clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. We had a great stay!

Friendly host that responds quickly. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to train station (be aware that the last train back departs at 22:16 for anyone looking to go out in Bologna). Place is clean, nice and quiet. Parking near the accommodation is easily possible.

We spent 4 days in Simona's house. Apartment is just inside the "old town", very close to the parking lot and from there you can walk in the centre in minutes. It's a very cozy and beautifully furnished place, very clean and with all possible amenities for both a short or a long stay. Communication was quick and easy, no problem at all for any of our needs and Simona is ready to offer all suggestions to find the best places for food, drinks, ice cream and so on. We strongly recommend this house for your stay in beautiful Modena.

Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Nicola and Rita were excellent hosts—responsive, helpful, kind. Aside from a bit of a miscue around first getting into the apartment, everything was smooth. The location is fabulous, an easy walk to the city center, plus a thriving area to the west. And the beautiful and historic Basilica di San Francesco is right across the street. We stayed in Bologna 12 days (then on to Modena for 6), so having a washing machine in the apartment (which they showed us how to use) was very helpful. Everything stated in the apartment description is accurate. If we ever come back to Bologna we would absolutely stay here again. And we will recommend it highly to traveling friends. Finally, Bologna is a fabulous city! Big thanks to our hosts!

The beautiful large apartment is located near the train station. It is ideally located for discovering the city. Great and not only touristy area with good restaurants and bars. Also great with children, as everything is available. Check-in was personal and flexible. Perfect! We would come back!

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, both the accommodation and the hospitality and friendliness of Milena and her sister Claudia. They had cold drinks ready for us upon arrival and proved to be very helpful with our personal request. The accommodation is very nice and clean, it has colorful walls that put you in a good mood. We had a fantastic weekend!!!!!! Everything really excellent Thanks so much!!!!
