The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, clean and very tidy. Ideal for getting out of the routine and relaxing for a few days. The view is spectacular, and the surroundings are very quiet. It has very good connectivity and is close to everything, whether in Reñaca or Con con. Highly recommended. Finally, I should mention that the response time was almost immediate. Super good host.

Beautiful place, just like in the photos, only it's smaller, but impeccable, comfortable, warm, the terrace is better than in the photo, 100% privacy, fully equipped, wonderful bed, very good parking, only there are no directions, so I recommend asking well before arriving, the same as the entrance to the room. I hope to return, I recommend it 100%.

Francisco was an excellent host. The house is beautiful, impeccable, the same or better than the photos. The house is designed to be with children, everything organized and very clean. There is a playhouse in the yard that my children really enjoyed. We would definitely come back, it was a really nice experience.

Cute home with a beautiful view, all the decor and very comfortable spaces. A pleasure in the Quincho and dining room. Very nice spaces for 8 people. Very close to the beach and a convenience store by car. The beds are excellent and the kitchen and bathroom items as well. The only detail was the exit that failed the communication to open the fence but nothing serious.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house It is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (not bathing) and security. The three pieces are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are spotless, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

The house is beautiful. Excellent views, impeccable gardens and pool. Semi-covered full quincho with gas grill. Area to light a campfire outside that we enjoy with the children. The 5 super complete agitations with private bath. The host is very friendly, always willing to help with questions about the use of the house and things to do in the area. We had an amazing family weekend. Highly recommended.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendations, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But overall everything was great. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
