Casa Juan is a restored stone house, in front of the majestic Fortaleza Table Mountain....without any neighbors and a fantastic ocean view. If you looking for a nice quiet place, where you can escape from all the hustle & bustle to calm down and reset your Mind.....this is it...! The house is located on 850m over sea level, close to the national park, and there are many hiking trails next to it. It takes 35min down to the Beach at the Valle Gran Ray, with the car. A rental car is necessary!

The property is located in Valle Gran Rey in the Casa de la Seda district and is only about 2 km up the valley from the beach.

New Blue Tower, Valle Gran Rey

Torre azul is located on the edge of the idyllic village of El Guro and has been lovingly restored with ecological building materials and partly old wood. It is very quiet - you have to go from the parking lot (free) on the street 130 steps up to the small idyllic village of El Guro - but it is very quiet - no street noise - and you have a fantastic view from the bed and balcony of countless palm trees down to the sea.(Beach, shops 2.5 km away). La Casita

This lovingly built cottage is located in picturesque terraces in the lower Valle Gran Rey directly on the hiking trail and is used as a small finca. Access is via a stairway that requires good footwear, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view. The little house is built by ourselves with great affection. It is located in the lower part of the valley, next to the road to Guada. The cottage has a small organic garden and you can pick vegetables and fruits.

Casa La Loma is located in a rural setting, surrounded by mountains, making it ideal for those seeking tranquillity and a connection with nature. The property is located in a secluded area, with the main road about 300 metres away, ensuring a pleasant environment. As this is a natural environment close to mountains, you may hear ambient sounds, and both the weather and the number of hours of sunshine vary according to the season.
