Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

The Studio on Hazel

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 110 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

The “oLe MiNeRS iNN” is located within 5-15 minutes to everything in Joplin, Carthage or Neosho and yet secluded in nearby Duneweg. Duneweg is a suburb of Joplin and is very close to where I44 and 249 merge! Making it easy to get place to place or back up on the interstate after a nights rest! This home is located on a quiet street with a tranquil wooded area and pull through parking.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Retreat Venue at Ozark Highlands Farm

Thanks to two of our former guests, Kerry & Mary Hersch, who shared some of Kerry's wonderful photos for our site. Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 16,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!

Crossroads Storefront Studio- Steps to Rt. 66

This 1880's storefront studio has been completely renovated and is located steps from the Historic Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, coffee shop, and restaurants. It boasts a queen bed, loft bed, sofa bed, compact full kitchen, a vanity area, luxurious walk-in shower, and a toilet closet.

Black Dog Lodge : 3 Bed 2 Bath Home

The Black Dog Lodge is located in SE Joplin with easy access to highways, hospitals, MSSU, and Range Line Road shopping and restaurants. This pet friendly home is all set for your furry friend, and you as well! There is plenty of room to set up a board game, relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows, or just enjoy the quite neighborhood with a nice pond view.
