This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Kapinga was a great host! She was quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay! The location was convenient, with both a grocery store and the train station just a short walk away. Taking the train was easy to navigate and much more affordable than Uber, which typically took 45 minutes to an hour to reach the city. I’d recommend this spot if you’re looking for a more relaxed getaway without the constant hustle of downtown. That said, if you plan to visit the city’s main attractions frequently, the commute is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

This is a very good place to stay when you're in London. It's very close to the train station, so you can easily get to it or anywhere you want to go in London, and the town centre is just a five-minute walk away. The room is great and you'll have access to a private bathroom. Just a heads up, there's a church on the other side of the street from the room that rings its bell for a long time around 9am on weekends, but I still think you'll enjoy your stay here, especially as Jass is a very friendly host.
