It is a 44 m² duplex with a beautifully landscaped and shaded courtyard. On the ground floor, the living room/kitchen and a shower room, toilet. Upstairs, which is accessed either from the inside with its spiral staircase, or from its external staircase, there is a large bedroom and its shower room, toilet.
