Originally a coach house "Avoca", is over one hundred years old. Nowadays, it offers a homely and comfortable base from which to enjoy a peaceful, "old worldly" break away in West Clare. Situated in Carraigaholt village on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way ,"Avoca" is a stones throw from pubs, restaurants, shops, and beach. Proximity to Loop Head makes for a cyclists haven, whilst a variety of walks - beach, countryside and cliffs abound. "Avoca" offers a unique experience of Irish rural life.

The Boat House with beach access

A slice of heaven in West Clare, with direct access to the beach. Dubbed "The Boat House", the building was previously used for housing boating equipment until being converted into a cosy seafront home in 2022. Kilkee seaside resort is less than 10 minutes drive away with water sports, cliff walks and the famous ‘Pollock Holes’ (swimming rock pools).

It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.
