This location is EXACTLY what our family wanted in a vacation. Squeaky clean and well-maintained home, private and quiet, easy access to the beach, and all the items we need to enjoy the beach! This is a fantastic option if you just want to get away from the crowds and always have a dedicated spot on the beach you can walk to in seconds. We loved being able to easy head back to the deck/lanai for lunches (as well as eating out there for dinners). And the star-gazing at night was amazing! Definitely recommend getting groceries on the way to the place, but there are quite a few good restaurants that are ~20 minute drive away in Panacea. The host has great communication and obviously cares about the details; this is one of our first vacation rentals we had no issues with. Well, we did have one light bulb burn out :-)

The pictures didn't do justice! It was more spacious and open than I expected. Caught a flounder, and striped Bass. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings. The grocery store was about 25/30 minutes away ( publix & walmart) we wished we would have stopped on the way in. We went to Angelo's waterfront restaurant 3 miles away and it was great! We visited alligator point and always few other places, but honestly 3 days wasn't long enough we needed more time! Really enjoyed our stay. Host was super sweet and super responsive. House was very clean and comfy, will definitely be back...

We loved our week at Sea La Vie. Such a beautiful home and area. The beach was relaxing, peaceful and only a few steps from the house. Such a laid back and restful vibe. Loved every moment of our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. Very comfortable and welcoming. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Quiet, peaceful location. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the water. The host was proactive and responsive when the whole area was going through an unusual winter freeze. My dogs loved the yard and walking the neighborhood. We are planning our next trip already.

100% the best air bnb I have ever been to. the kitchen is FULLY stocked. We utilized the kitchen and grill each day and had more than enough kitchen tools to cook some great food. Sharp knives, plenty of cutting boards and mixing bowls, and plenty more tools. The outdoor spaces are great, the walk to the beach and view is absolutely great, and the upstairs den is SUCH a peaceful place to chill and watch a movie. We will be back 100%

Our family had an amazing time at The Osprey Nest! The house is beautiful and had every amenity you can think of including an elevator that was so helpful for my mom. The beach is pristine, we saw all different forms of sea life during our stay including starfish and stingrays! Mark and Maria were so helpful and communicated quickly with any questions we had. We would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful family beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at beach baby! Very roomy, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware and dishes, and the most comfy beds! House looks a little different from photos as they are in the process of updating. They’ve done a great job on the front porch and steps, as well as the back deck. The covered front porch and the partial cover back porch are perfect for cooling off from the sun or being outdoors when it rains. The only thing I missed was the screened in part for the front porch but it didn’t interfere with our stay. I’m sure that will be updated soon as well. You can tell they’ve put some love into this place. 😍

Island Memories was just that - wonderful memories for our family on St. George Island! The house was perfect for our family: mom, dad, grandma, and two boys (2 and 5). It was cozy but felt large, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each bedroom, even the bunkroom, having a bathroom was perfect and all bedrooms felt spacious. The beds were so comfortable and we had more than enough bedding and towels. The house was clean and bright with all amentities promised and more including the pantry stocked with the basics. It also had all the cookware we needed and beach supplies galore. It was very kid friendly including some books, toys, and a high chair. And the gate on the porch was invaluable, it allowed us to truly enjoy the porch without worry. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and the perfect size. And you cannot beat the beach accessibility, the access directly across from the house was worth every penny! We loved the home SO much and will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very accommodating and easy access. Beautiful views. So quiet sitting by the pool. It was close to Apalachicola and if you have time, go! The downtown walk is great, the Station Raw Bar is a must and the drive or walk through the historical homes is one you’ll never forget!! Love, loved this whole area!! T Free

This place is a gem! The house has everything you need including pool, hot tub, large yard, a great dock for fishing and watching the dolphins or the sunset. The location is perfect; just far enough away from everything to be quiet and private but close enough for a trip to downtown Appalachicola for shopping and dining, St. George Island for the beach, or state forests for hiking. Sara was a great host, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a few minor issues with the outside lights and pool light not working. Shellie was very responsive. The outside trash from previous guest wasn't picked up by garbage service until we had been there 3 days. We did mention it. The home is older and could use some updates but it was still a nice place to stay with lots of room for the eight of us. The location is good, pool is nice, loved the screened porches, plenty of pots, pans and dishes, plenty of seating in the living room. Overall, it was good stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Me and my family had a great stay at The Boathouse. Everything was as described in the listing. It was also clean and Susan was very quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

This home was one of the best vacations we have taken as a family. Beautiful view of the bay especially in the mornings and evenings. It was breathtakingly peaceful! We had several children so the pool area was perfect for the littles especially since it is screened in. The older kids really enjoyed fishing off the kayaks and playing on the private beach! We even saw a dolphin. This home has EVERYTHING you need. Really all we needed to pack was clothes. The home was lovely and well kept. We are already planning a second trip! ♥️

Six of us stayed at this lovely, brand new home during FSU’s graduation weekend. It is an hour away from FSU, but for us, it was a nice and quiet retreat from the crowds and busy energy in Tallahassee. We had a little hiccup late at night to start out our stay, but Deanna was immediately reachable. She pulled out all the stops to rectify the situation right away and everything worked out smoothly. Five stars for communication.  The home is in a new, gated and quiet neighborhood. It is clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. I would recommend bringing your own soaps, shampoos, etc., as they were not provided. This was not a problem for us because we typically travel with our own shower items anyway.  The kitchen was well equipped and contained all amenities we needed, including both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Recommended for guests looking for a quiet place near the area’s secluded beaches.

This is the best house all the way around for a weekend vacay with my boys. Thank you Patrick!

The home had all the comforts of home. Clean and quiet. Garry and his wife were responsive, but not intrusive. Never even met them, but knew they would address any issue we might have encountered. Rates were fair, but did not like that Airbnb raised the fee and cleaning cost when we changed our reservation from three nights to four.

Awesome views of the gulf from the entire back side of the house. Amazing sunrises from the deck! Just steps from the beach so no hauling your stuff a long way back and forth to the beach. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of counter and storage space in the kitchen. Utility/mud room on the side where you enter was great for leaving anything sandy (shoes/towels) you didn’t want in the house. Bedrooms/baths were set up nicely for two couples. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan’s home was wonderful. My husband and I were separated from the main house in the bungalow, so the kids were in the main house. The kids are preteens so they felt like kings in their own castle. We had a nice bit of privacy and after long days at the beach we came home to cook, eat, and relax. We decided to make this a new yearly tradition. Jonathan was always available from the moment I booked in March till we were otw home in June, could not ask for more in a host. Will absolutely use his properties again in the future. Thank You Jonathan !

Great views and overall great stay at this property near Lanark Village. Bo responded quickly to any questions and the house was clean and comfortable. St. George Island is about 1/2 hour drive with miles of beaches and a lighthouse, and Crooked River Lighthouse is even closer. We enjoyed our stay!

This luxury rental has it all!! We will be back to visit soon. The house is amazing. It was very clean both inside & outside the home. I am ocd when it comes to inspecting a rental for a stay for myself and my family. The beds were perfect with luxurious sheets and pillows. The towels for the shower were impressively large for a bath towel and you didn’t have to look hard to find more. There’s a grill that we used for a quick hamburger cookout for lunch one day. You are minutes from the island and close to all the fun things in Eastpoint & Apalachicola. There is so much rich history in the area like the Orman House & botanical garden we got to visit this trip because the house was so close. The host is a wealth of knowledge and gave us great recommendations that were spot on. They’ve also got a great binder in the front room with brochures for a great charter & all the places around you. I can’t say enough good things by about this place. Loved it & was sad to leave.

We had the best time at Michelle’s place! Not only was Saint George Island beautiful, but her house was perfect for us and our best four legged friend 🐶 Michelle was very communicative and responsive during our entire stay, which is always reassuring when away on vacation and staying in someone else’s home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SGI ❤️

Beautiful park-like setting by the beach! Outdoor recreation opportunities right out the front door! Hiking/running/kayaking/fishing/bird watching/and more! Relax by the calm waters of Bald Pointe Beach. This place was perfect for us, our two dogs, toddler, and 12-year old. Jessica was very responsive when we needed something and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!
