This large one bedroom two bath "camp" is located on Wyman Lake directly off Rt. 201, approximately 8 minutes north of Bingham. This is the perfect location to unwind and decompress. Your young kids and/or dog will agree. Enjoy all Wyman lake has to offer from your large private shoreline and dock. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit or try your hand at smoking meat on the pellet smoker and propane grill combo. Please note GPS is not reliable. You must use the directions provided after booking.

Walk to Fotter's grocery, Backstrap Grill, both just a stone's throw away. Here, in the center of Stratton, in the western mountains of Maine, an 8 mile drive to Sugarloaf and 27 miles to Saddleback. Whether you're here to ski, cycle, swim, snowmobile, hike or anything else you can think of, this region will provide the opportunity.

Mahoney Manor

My father executed his vision and built Mahoney Manor from the ground up. What started as a "camp" eventually became his full-time home before his untimely death in 2018. Nestled in the woods at the base of Ira Mountain just minutes from Sugarloaf and along the Carrabassett River, Emmett created a sanctuary. He spent the last years of his life "developing" two empty lots into a Zen-like nature trail system with hand made bridges and benches perfect for 4-season walking or snowshoeing.

Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Welcome to Butter! Located in Sugarloaf Village, our modern house is newly constructed and we are excited to share it with you. It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with two living areas and a pull out couch on the bottom floor. The mudroom is loaded with hooks and cubbies for everyone's gear for an amazing time at Sugarloaf. Plus come and relax in the hot tub at the end of your day. The shuttle stops in front of the house every 30 min and will take you to the mountain or Outdoor Center.
