Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Carpi

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Wir waren zu viert für eine Übernachtung am Wochenende in der Wohnung von Elena. Diese ist gerade für mehrere Personen ideal, verfügt sie doch über drei Schlaf- und zwei getrennte Badezimmer. Uns allen hat sie sehr gut gefallen, sie ist groß, hell, freundlich, schön eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne und die Landschaft. Auch im herrlichen großen Garten, inmitten schöner Natur, findet sich ein Bereich wo man gemütlich sitzen und zum Beispiel den Tag fein ausklingen lassen kann. Elena und Michael waren ganz tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Fragestellung haben sie uns hilfreich unterstützt. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

L'appartamento è molto ampio, luminoso, comodo ed estremamente ben organizzato. Ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie utilissime in caso di soggiorni un po' più lunghi. Abbiamo soggiornato a Gennaio e abbiamo apprezzato il riscaldamento autonomo e la casa molto calda e confortevole. L'appartamento è per due persone, e c'è molto spazio a disposizione. L'ingresso e il balconcino sono molto simpatici. Inoltre, trovandosi in una corte interna, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e riparato. Vicino, davvero a pochi passi, c'è la Bigoleria al Torchio, molto buona. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, è anche molto vicino al centro storico di Mantova, bastano davvero pochi minuti a piedi per essere a Sant'Andrea, 10-15 per il palazzo ducale. La signora Pierangela è stata preziosa, prodiga di consigli e sempre presente per dubbi o domande.

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

L’alloggio accogliente e ben curato, nei dettagli. Molto ben inserito nel contesto dei colli bolognesi, dove verde e natura sono protagonisti. La host, Laura, è stata accogliente, disponibile e precisa nelle indicazioni. C’è tutto l’occorrente anche per una buona e ricca colazione. I dintorni offrono tanto soprattutto rispetto a passeggiate, trekking, storia dei luoghi, tour gastronomici… Insomma, non ve ne pentirete.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Die Unterkunft zeigt, wie man aus einer alten Hütte eine wunderschöne kleine Kreativ-Oase zaubern kann. Im und ausserhalb vom Haus findet man in jedem Winkel ein liebevolles Detail, was die eher alte Grundsubstanz sehr aufwertet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Küche lässt es zu selbst zu kochen. Ein paar Gewürze (Zucker, Salz, Nelke) und Kaffe waren vorhanden. Das war ganz praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Debora was very kind and helpful. The place is very nice and comfortable. It’s a very local neighbourhood, don’t feel like you are in a tourist area. Quiet at night. Easy to walk to restaurants and the old city area. We had all five rooms so it worked well. If you don’t take all the rooms you will share the kitchen. Two rooms have ensuites bathrooms and then there are two other bathrooms shared with the other three rooms. Two of the rooms connect to the same large balcony. The listing needs to be updated as there is no washing machine, Debora kindly did some laundry for us because the listing still said washing machine. We had different numbers of people on different nights over the five night stay and Debora was accommodating of that. She lives on the main floor, all of the rooms are off of a shared hallway on the second floor.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Ivano di conseguenza non ho molto da aggiungere a parte che tornerò sicuramente anche una terza volta, se cercate qualche giorno di relax questo è il posto perfetto.

Soggiorno fantastico, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio in questa casa. Pur essendo costituito da una stanza e bagno, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i servizi ed è molto pulito. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere diversi luoghi di interesse culturale o naturalistico ed è vicino a supermercati e ristoranti. La vista è splendida e l'ambiente rilassante. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente consigliato

C’est la deuxième fois que nous allions chez Dario et nous avons été ravis! Nous adorons la localisation, près du Mercatino où il est possible de se restaurer, de boire un verre, de déambuler. Nous avons profité à fond de Bologne grâce aux très bons conseils de Dario et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner!

O espaço é bastante acolhedor, o que me fez sentir em casa. A temperatura ambiente esteve sempre ótima, o que facilita também o teletrabalho. A localização é excelente, está pertissimo do centro e ainda assim, é uma zona bastante tranquila. Por fim, a Francesca é uma excelente anfitriã, super atenciosa, disponível e simpática.
