Such an amazing getaway! The home was absolutely beautiful. Amazing views from every window. Talk about being right on the shore. I don’t have enough positive things to say about the property, location and host. We used to is as a family vacation getaway. We felt right at home, plenty of space for everyone to just enjoy our time.

Matthew was an excellent host. Very responsive. Property is great. Good location. Sound is very close. No complaints at all.

I so wish we could give this place more than 5 stars! The location is PERFECT. Peaceful, beautiful, quiet, private, right on the bay and literally 5 minutes from town. Hour and a half or so from Hatteras Ferry, 5 minutes from Kittyhawk beach, 30 mins from Coquina beach. We saw rabbits and sea otters in the front yard, and woke up to birds singing every morning. Spotlessly clean, comfy, great AC, kitchen with everything you could need, along with beach stuff. The photos honestly don’t do it justice, it’s stunning!! Bikes were a nice perk, and hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Cannot recommend enough!

Audrey’s quilted corners by the bay was perfect for a peaceful, relaxation vacation with my sister. We enjoyed being close to the quiet, peaceful beachfront and the bike/walking path into the state park. Highly recommend for a relaxing virginia beach experience. When we experienced issues with bugs entering the room (which is a very normal occurrence in the southern climate especially in the rain), Audrey quickly contacted us and eased our minds by spraying for bugs inside the room and outside the house. Audrey did everything she could to help. Be aware of the possibility of bugs given the nature of the climate and more wooded, residential area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

These people are wonderful people me and my friend had an amazing time staying at there place! The place is exactly like what you see in the pictures. You will have there downstairs room to there house they will be staying in while you are there. It’s very nice that you have a walkway with access to the backyard gate which is where you’ll find your sliding glass door to your room and bathroom. You also have access to the beach bikes and the canoe which is really nice. Me and my friend brought our Blackstone down and cooked with Brad aka Sammy Hagar , lots of cool stories were shared. I had an amazing stay and I would definitely go back in the future. These people are wonderful host and the have all the suggestions of what to do , where to go

Very friendly hosts at a great location!

The house was very pretty and comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Katie is great and made checking in and out a breeze.

Heather and Tom were wonderful hosts and even more wonderful people. From start to finish, they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Casa de la Luz is truly a gem: immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, with the beach just a short walk away. When I return to OBX, checking Heather and Tom’s availability will be my first priority.

We loved this space! We stayed the night for a concert in the area and were able to walk to and from the venue which was awesome! We got to the space and everything was very nice and felt like home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Mark’s place was really great. He greeted us when we got there. He responded very quickly if we had any issues. The house was not far from the beach and we had a blast. We will definitely stay here again when we come again.

Jonathan place is incredible! He has thought of everything. Very helpful! I asked about a blender and he bought one for the place. The bath is incredible! I will be staying here the next time I’m here! My cousins live in the area and they loved it too.

spent a few days at Artim's place and couldn't have asked for a better stay. everything was clean and ready for use and had good suggestions for things to do around the area. would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Everything you could possibly want was included in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The beach access was just as it was described. The storage unit had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Nicki's place was a beautiful space, well-decorated and well thought-out. It offered what my family needed for our time in the Outer Banks. The space was clean and welcoming. We tend to eat in and the kitchen was stocked with the essential equipment and tools. The view was stunning. A few small suggestions. Admittedly, the exterior front of the property needs some work but Nicki's place offered a beautiful, relaxing experience that contrasted its exterior-Don't be intimated by the front of the property! In addition, we loved the view from the patio from inside of the property. Patio could probably use a rug for the potential splinters and a good sweeping of the spider webs and debris. Tanya was a wonderful host, thoughtful and responsive. I recommend this place and would definitely book again. Thank you!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

This was our second time staying at one of Rebecca and Sean’s VA Beach condos — and the experience did not disappoint! This is just a perfect location, at the very end of the Boardwalk, with a private grassy lawn and outdoor seating just for the condo residents. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Our favorite thing is the view — you look right out onto the ocean from the patio, and you can see the beach and the sunrise from the comfortable bed each morning. We spent unhurried hours sitting on the patio in the evenings enjoying the sound of lapping waves and the night sky. This cozy studio was just right for the two of us. Highly recommend. I’ve no doubt we’ll stay there again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated and nicely appointed condo on Roanoke Island. The views of the Pamlico Sound were absolutely stunning—especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The location was perfect, just a short drive to great restaurants and the Lost Colony outdoor show. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics we needed for cooking. We also loved the spacious dining and living area—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!
