Beach condo holiday rentals in Carolina Beach

This Airbnb was great for us! Very dog friendly, right across from beach access, a nice park across the street, and walking distance to restaurants. We plan to stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walkable to the beach and close proximity to local shops and activities. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The hosts were really nice, helpful, & responsive. The location was as advertised & we were able to walk to a restaurant/bar & go to the beach as often as the weather permitted. The home was pretty but I’m a little sad they didn’t have the outdoor fairy lights on the porch like in the picture. Overall 9.8/10, we will be coming back soon!

Nearly everything in the unit is remodeled or new. We really loved the decor. The unit itself is easy to find and in a nice location close to walking distance of the main strip. The beach in front of the unit is also in a great location and was not very crowded. The owner even includes beach chairs for you to use. One of the nice touches of the unit is that there is a ring camera located outside the door. This does allow for some security but could possibly help preventing unit from being misused. I’ve found that units that have more accountability tend to be better quality. Mike is very friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Ended my 10day trip to NC at Karem’s oceanfront condo. Amazing views, walkable beach, restaurants, nightlife.. tranquil, coffee on the deck.. highly recommend. Quaint and cozy, well stocked condo with everything you need. Would recommend and would stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, well worth the 32 steps up to the 3rd level (2nd floor + parking level on stilts). You can see the waves crashing on the beach unlike the 2nd level. J’nell very responsive to our requests. Make sure to eat at Michael’s with great daily specials during off season! Be sure to check out new Fort Fisher museum. Ferry port to Southport is only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely come back.

This unit is on the smaller side but very functional for 2 parents plus child. We used the kitchen, laundry, deck w/nice seating, WiFi and living room/TV. All were in good order. The beds were comfortable (medium firm) and the shower was very nice. Smallish bathroom and kitchen, but spacious living room and bedroom. There is nice counter/bar seating as well. We would book again.

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

perfect spot for a beach and food focused getaway for a small family. the beach and restaurants were literally outside within 1-5 minutes walks. definitely needed the sound machines on weekend nights due to the music scene which were provided in each room. the house was well stocked with everything you need. we felt very much at home and we will be back!

This spot was exactly as described and really close to the beach (less than a five minute walk). It was also really close and walkable to the downtown area of the beach. We gave this Airbnb five stars because it is exactly as described but feel it’s important for people to know that if you are sensitive to mold, consider other options. Our situation is unique because my wife is extremely sensitive to mold from previous exposure and had somewhat of a hard time staying here. The weather happened to be good so we opened the windows to air it out. Again, not knocking the place- it has existed since the 1940s so I realize things like that might come with the character.

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

Great stay! Super responsive and accommodating for our pet and kind enough for our last minute request. Place was bigger than anticipated and it was wonderful.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is so perfectly located for almost any activity. We spent much of our time out visiting the beach, local restaurants and the River Walk. However the condo was cozy when we returned from our adventures and the decor was very pleasant. The hosts stand out as the winners overall though! They are super responsive with any questions, thoughtful, and obviously caring and kind people!!! Thank you again Francis and Lindsay❤️🌞

We had an amazing stay! The place is exactly as described and steps from the beach. The furnishings were adorable & comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We could see the ocean from the kitchen window, and listened to the waves while dining on the porch. Walkable to great coffee shops, dining, and nightlife. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Absolutely amazing condo, very clean, great location and the view is amazing. Easy to park, comfy beds and everything in the kitchen you could need. I would definitely stay here again.

Just the best! Annette’s condo is exceptionally comfortable, clean and inviting. Everything, from the well stocked kitchen (we cooked all our meals) to the incredibly comfortable couches in the house and on the deck, to the comfy recliner that overlooks the ocean, is carefully thought out and perfect. The view is breathtaking, the peace is restorative, and the days vanish in happy relaxation. Annette quickly responds to all questions and always gives great advice about where to eat (our last visit) or where to buy the freshest fish or whatever you are looking for. She is an excellent host and staying at her condo is a wonderful treat! We loved every minute and can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely beach getaway with the kids at Gwendolyn’s. Can’t beat the location with stunning views, steps to the beach and pool access! Gwendolyn was a fabulous host, friendly, responsive. The apartment was full of everything you would need - towels, beach chairs, toys etc! Had a great time, can’t wait to go back!
