Check-in and check-out was easy. There are clear instructions. On site there was a well-equipped kitchen, with both basics like sugar and flour as well as utensils like different pots and pans, even a crêpe pan :). The pool is small and cold, but it was fun. The house is right next to a large expressway with a toll station, we often had to pay tolls when we went somewhere. Without a car, getting around is not easy, we had to walk at least 20 minutes to the tram, it ran until midnight, then it only came back at 5:00 am. The surrounding area is very beautiful, within 40 minutes we were both in the city centre of Montpellier and on breathtaking beaches.

Florence is a fantastic host and the loft was amazing! It was a great pleasure and would absolutely recommend it!

Excellent stay, accommodation very well located, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie on our arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back for a longer period

Short stay of 3 nights in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well equipped and very well located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the sea, which only aimed to spend a few days somewhere other than at home and to go shellfish picking.

Everything was perfect. Being there for a trade show, I didn't take advantage of the environment (restaurants, shopping...) so I can't comment on that. But I would really recommend this rental, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was impeccable

We had a great time. Very nice accommodation, well equipped, very well located in relation to the beach (1 minute walk to the beach!). We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house. The location was stunning right on the beach. We were a party of 7 aged 10 to 87 and the house suited us all. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great. Only downside, only the living room is air-conditioned and not the apartment as mentioned in the listing.

We came as a group of 4 with 2 small children and we were pleasantly surprised by the very nice layout of this apartment which overlooks the port directly but in the quiet part. The beach is a 5-minute walk. A family beach that I recommend with children. The apartment has everything you need to have a good time. A superb Italian shower of beautiful volume and a patio with a shower for the feet full of sand (great idea) and a table for meals. Aline is very kind and super responsive and especially if she can, as far as possible, arrange your arrival and departure times. Highly recommend this apartment. Don't hesitate to go.

We had a great time thanks to Celine's place. Everything is close by ( beach , restaurant , port, bakery , ICE CREAM SHOP😍… No need to get around by car . excellent weekend of the ascension with the family (3 generations). spacious apartment, comfortable bedding+++, kitchen+++, even furniture for baby (cot and top high chair) spacious bathroom as well as the shower... everything was perfect. we enjoyed the proximity of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach... the least the parking space a little far but the car is parked...

Great stay , warm place with beautiful sea view. Parking at the bottom of the building (for a fee) often filled but plenty of parking nearby. Close to shops (supermarket, pharmacy,bakery) and the port with many restaurants. Easy to access. Very easy communication with Ariane. The space was clean. We enjoyed the little touches of Ariane. I highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

What a nice surprise when opening the door with this beautiful sea view. The accommodation is very nice, decorated and furnished with great taste. The bedding is very comfortable! And what could be more pleasant than being a stone's throw from the beach?! Very practical with children! I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence, so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a bit off the road.

The apartment is newly renovated, beautifully decorated and lovingly decorated. We were very comfortable. The location is priceless - right on the beach, next to the sea. That's why we were willing to pay a slightly higher price. It was definitely worth it. The communication with the co-hosts was straightforward, likeable, and reliable. Upon our arrival, we were greeted personally, which we greatly appreciated. From Palavas-Les-Flots you can make nice excursions: we were in Montpellier (a quarter of an hour by car) and in the Camargue. We make a 100% recommendation and want to come back next year.
