Very well located studio, 1 minute walk to the beach, with private and secure parking for the car. Convenience store, cafes and restaurants next door. Very caring and flexible host, impeccably clean accommodation, small touches in the fridge, coffee pods and tea bags available. Recommended for a seaside stay!

Everything is fine, especially for those who do not speak French (Eric can speak English and German). The apartment is relatively small, but fine and very clean, there is everything you need there (except for the cutting board), it is 100 m from the beach (where there are hardly ever waves, but many shells), around the corner is an excellent boulangerie, a few smaller supermarkets and restaurants without end within walking distance; you feel at home very quickly. Communication was very quick and very friendly, Eric even kindly picked us up by car from the tram stop. An ideal location to rest by the sea not far from Montpellier. What more could you ask for!

A very nice discovery and very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts to your comfort. The apartment is faithful to the description and detailed amenities. The hosts were very accommodating from the time of arrival until departure. I am very happy with this stay and I will not hesitate to contact them again if I have the opportunity to return to the region. The environment around the apartment is also very pleasant, beach 3 min walk, restaurants and small USEFUL shop less than 10 min walk, the port is also next door (10 min) and the people there are very warm. You can trust 200%, the rating of these hosts is well deserved and revealing.

Pleasant stay, accommodation as described and close to the sea (<100). Two minutes drive to downtown. The area is very lively in season, offers a lot of activities. Not far from the Planet Océan aquarium, 15 min drive, family activity absolutely! Very responsive and accommodating host, I had forgotten my identity card, vital and banking when leaving the apartment. I was called back right away to pick them up. Simplicity, proximity, good value for money even if maintenance lacks cleanliness in some places (I'm a maniac), but very clean bathroom and toilet. I would recommend it!

Excellent stay thanks to the welcome of Christelle and Henri. Wonderful hosts: caring and friendly. The apartment was perfect, it lacked nothing and was very clean. Perfect location with private parking space. Restaurants. Shops, market... Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it!

A big thank you to Jérôme for his very warm welcome and recommendations. We had a wonderful stay in Carnon. The apartment is very comfortable, very nice, very clean and very well equipped. On-site parking, a balcony overlooking the sea and direct access to the beach are real pluses!
