The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

This is a penthouse apartment (fourth floor with lift) situated on the Malvern Road cafe strip. It is set back from the road with uninterrupted views from the balcony that spans the length of the apartment and gives plenty of natural light. Pop across the road for wood fire pizzas at The Pizza Gallery, all day meals and coffee at Mister Foxx, or do a quick grocery shop. Get into the city centre within 30 minutes via train or the number 72 tram stop both just a few minutes walk away.
