What can I say but MAGICAL. This beautiful home was perfect ... Lovely quiet location but easy access to anything you need. Chic furnishings and the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. A garden with all you could need for hanging out, including the most amazing pool, beach towels and pool toys. Comfortable beds with lovely soft linens. Laurent thought of everything and made us feel so much at home for an absolutely perfect stay

Beautiful and comfortable house, with a very nice view, quiet. The terrace and pool are very nice; we also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, piano and plancha. You can walk to the old town of Guérande (small friendly market despite the crowds in August). Nearby hiking trail and bike paths. Many activities around Guérande, in addition to the beaches. Virginia is a thoughtful hostess. I would this property.

A very pleasant residence, five minutes walk from the sea, and 10 minutes by car from all the shops. A very pleasant stay! We enjoyed the pool and sauna . Plus, the pool is covered when the weather isn't in the game! The house is well equipped, and the sea view from all the rooms is a real delight! Julien is always available and very responsive!

We found Alice and her husband very welcoming and they were there to greet us explain how everything in the house worked. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable with the outside space being a real bonus particularly as we were blessed with good weather. It is conveniently and closely located to the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The Tuesday market is well worth a visit. Great beaches around, a few minutes drive away or a nice cycle ride. We would recommend this property and it’s host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mano’s beautiful house and garden. Very well located to go to the sailing club every morning. I highly recommend this place for a nice break in Britany.

We can only warmly reccomend this accomodation to anyone. The house is furnished comfortably and includes a lot of charming details, such as the boat-shower or the wooden animals handcarved by the owner. The garden is quiet and huge, especially in the back. And the whirlpool, heated and in full function during our entire stay, was an amazing luxury, especially on cold and rainy days. It's about four Minutes from doorstep to beach, and about seven minutes to a whole range of good restaurants by the beachfront. We had a fantastic time and plenty of space with four adults and five children. Regine was a wonderful and uncomplicated host, who was with us within a few minutes, when we asked for help changing the gas bottle. Great AirbnB!

Excellent stay! Perfect location, quiet but shops and restaurants within walking distance. House very pleasant to stay, practical to maintain, well-equipped, bright stay (despite the bad weather!), comfortable bedding.

Doraline was very welcoming and quick to respond to messages. The place was very well equipped We didn't miss a thing. We were able to enjoy the pool with a small thinning. We'll be there again.

The house and location are stunning! Every morning drinking coffee and looking out over the ocean through all the windows was incredible. We opened the sliding doors when it was warm enough and it makes the common areas feel like a patio. The pool is warm and the kids swam for hours every day. The rooms are all lovely, clean, and simply decorated. The kitchen is reasonable stocked and has what you need to make meals for lots of people. Remember to bring your own essentials like hand soap, dishwashing tabs, and toilet paper. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we would love to come back someday! One thing to note, we came the 2nd week of September and most of the amenities in town were about to shut down for the season - so if you are coming off season you’ll need to drive a bit for your fresh baked goods.

There were eight of us, with children and grandchildren, and each of us would like to return to Magali's really very nice house at any time. Everything as shown in the photos. Great terrace with priceless sea views to the west with stunning sunsets. The pool and jacuzzi with ideal temperature to play in the water longer even with the children. From our point of view, the good mattresses are also worth mentioning. Magali was always very accessible, very friendly and helpful and with good tips for restaurants and hobbies. An all-round successful vacation.

Wow! What a lovely house, on an exceptional site, set on the beach, breathtaking sea view that varies with the tides and weather. The spectacle from the house on the different types of sailboats of the neighboring sailing school, kayaks, windsurfers, wings, paddle boarding,... not to mention the coastlines and bathers make you never tire of admiring this unforgettable view! The house is very well equipped, decorated with taste and care and everyone finds their privacy in the spacious rooms (very comfortable bedding). Our dog, who was very kindly accepted by the owners, also had a great holiday. Thank you again for your welcome. See you soon in the Gulf of Morbihan

We had a wonderful stay in Vannes thanks to the house which offers the space needed for a cousinade. Yves and Sylvie were very helpful by being responsive to the small concerns we had. Let's recommend the house for the location and the space.

We had a great time in Marie's place, ideal for us who came as a team in Carnac. 4 accommodations with independent spaces allowing privacy for everyone, but also a common space with a large table, sofa... Very well located in the heart of Carnac, close to shops and the beach. Marie is a perfect host, has been flexible to adapt to our time constraints and was very responsive to change a defective shower hose. Thank you again for your welcome!

The accommodation was quite suitable for our weekend project with girlfriends: large common areas and a lot of sleeping arrangements. The decor is neat and it feels good. We just ran out of wine glass… 4 or 5 for a place that seats 12. The pool has the merit of being there but deserves to be treated so as not to be disappointing.

For starters, the property was just as it was suggested. That can sometimes be different. Another positive point was that everything that needs to be in a kitchen was also present. It is also very spacious and was more than sufficient for us 8. Pool was perfect, perfect from big. but a car is needed. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. But the driveway can handle 2 cars. Gurvan (the host) responds very quickly and also proactive. If we go to the region again, we will definitely go back to get the house.

Florent welcomed us very warmly in a listing as described. The house is pretty, quiet, with a slightly cool but very pleasant heated pool. It has everything you need to have a good week. Well located in relation to Vannes but 45 min from other points of interest (Quiberon, Plouharnel beaches, Carnac,...). Bedding is clean but rigid.

We had a great time at Yannick's! The house is very comfortable, very functional. Many very appreciated services: heated pool to 27° C, very clean barbecue, immediately functional, very nice garden and terrace area well oriented. A big thank you to Yannick for his warm welcome. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely stay at Christelle and Antony's. Responsive, pleasant and caring hosts for the well-being of tenants. Antony advised us a lot of nice things to do, and we were not disappointed. Really very clean house, very well equipped and comfortable absolutely nothing to say. Thank you again for everything. It was perfect.

We had a great time in Arradon, at Charlotte's home. The house is very well equipped, spacious and very well arranged. Vannes is 10 minutes away and the other cities in the north of the golf course can be reached in less than 30-40 minutes. Charlotte had kindly left us bicycles available but for the occasional cyclists that we are, it is better to plan to rent bikes with electric assistance because there are a few beautiful coasts to ride;)

Wow!!! That's the watchword when you push the period door of this beautiful restored home. All amenities are there and easy to access. The house is light as well as the spacious bedrooms and quality bedding. We will repeat our reservation next year if there is a badminton competition.

Very nice welcome by Isabelle and Jean-Philippe with welcome gift, the two are very friendly and helpful hosts. Modern, excellently equipped house, large heated pool with extra shower and toilet, plus the outdoor bar. Quiet location, shopping and restaurants can be reached in less than 10 minutes (St.-Avé/Vannes). Definitely recommend!
