Cozy home. Perfect place to stay with our dogs as the fenced yard is a nice feature. Great communication from hosts & we were even allowed an early check-in at the last minute which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

Great stay here! Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed making coffee and sitting on the deck in the morning. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. We needed extra chairs and an umbrella and Kathryn had those items in the closet that we were able to use. Hope to visit again.

We visited for our daughter’s college graduation and are so glad we found this home for our stay! We were greeted with Claire’s thoughtful note, fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and water bottles, and snacks (which our kids appreciated so much after a long trip!) The home is pristine clean, and the fresh modern coastal decor and natural light makes the place refreshing and peaceful. She even left ground coffee and creamers which we enjoyed before our beautiful walk into town and beach. In the evening, we did a family game night with the games she has stored there. Claire was so responsive, one of our best Airbnb stays ever! Highly recommend :) Thank you!

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. I stayed at this Airbnb for a single night and overall had a positive experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the price was on the higher side, it’s understandable given its excellent proximity to the Pacific Grove coast—just a short walk away, which made for a beautiful and convenient stay. Perfect spot if you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy the coastal scenery. Great location, decent amenities, and a smooth check-in process. Would consider staying again for a longer trip! We love this cozy little house. We had great experience at this kid and dog friendly place. The fenced backyard is amazing and you have an ocean view there. Definitely recommend.

The house was great! The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very private. The view from the balcony by the dinning table had to be my favorite thing. Got to enjoy both breakfast and dinner with a nice view of a small part of the ocean and the lights glowing from Monterey as it is across the small part of the ocean that you can see from the balcony, separating the cities. The place is close within a 20min drive to several other locations such as Monterey, Old Fisherman’s Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Lover’s Point Beach. Felt right at home, would definitely go back.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

A recent stay at Robert’s home in Ben Lomond was exceptional. The property felt like home from the pictures on the wall to the books in the bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and toiletries was like walking into our personal family vacation home with everything clean and organized. Upon our arrival, we contacted the owner to let them know we arrived. We enjoyed a welcoming orientation of the property. The location was ideal with convenient access to stores and restaurants. We could not have selected a better place to enjoy quality family time and celebrate a graduation from UC Santa Cruz. This was a super stay and gets our highest recommendation.

This place was great. The owners pay attention to the details and offered many amenities that we don’t see at other Airbnb’s. I highly recommend this place.

House had lots of room for me and my group. Groomsmen and Bridesmaids all stayed here for easy access to wedding venues in Morgan Hill.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

Cute house. Would advise driving during daylight tho, the roads are extremely windy and challenging at night. We had a tough time driving up in the dark. The amenities like hot tub were great. House was as described! Easy to use amenities. Would advise bringing a jacket on April.

This stay was exactly what my daughter and I needed for our girls trip. The unit was cute, comfortable and had a great view off the rear deck. It's a 7 minute drive to the beach, so you could totally walk there, but you'd get so distracted by the cute town center with the nice shops and restaurants on your way. Faris was a great host, checking in via the app to make sure everything was to our liking. We would absolutely stay here again of we take another trip up to the area!

Our family loved our stay! Everything was pristine, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need (including spices!), there are beach towels available (huge space saver in our suitcases), the beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of large, fluffy towels for use in the bathrooms. It was a perfect location and easy walking to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach! The only thing this place is missing is a place to rinse your feet off when you inevitably come back covered in sand after a day at the beach. We found a hose but no place to connect it. Maybe we were missing something. All and all AMAZING place. Carmel is expensive, and this place is the going market rate, but it’s the perfect location and a lovely little apartment. We even extended our stay an extra night!

We loved our stay here! The rooms, bed sheets, kitchen, and bathroom were spotless. The decor was charming and thoughtfully done. Our kids especially loved the snack bag the host prepared for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Gorgeous house in a wonderful location. The house has everything you need and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. It’s incredibly clean and perfect for a family.

Awesome stay at Fidel’s place. Check in was easy and the included parking was great. Loved that the parking included a sign with my name to indicate the correct spot. Everything in the apartment was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Laundry being included was also very convenient and an excellent amenity. We also really enjoyed the Simpson’s game. Would love to stay again!

Staying at this cabin nestled in the heart of a redwood grove in the Santa Cruz mountains was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just a place to stay — it was a carefully curated experience. The host has thought of everything to make guests feel at home and beyond comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible: high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked pantry with essentials (and then some!), soft, luxurious bedding, and even thoughtfully placed candles that added a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Every touch felt intentional and generous. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host. Incredibly accommodating, kind, and flexible — they went out of their way to ensure every one of our needs was met with care and promptness. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to hospitality. Waking up surrounded by towering redwoods, with birdsong filtering through the trees, was unforgettable.

Lovely, quirky place tucked into a neighborhood that makes you feel like you are away from everything. Spectacular views! I hope to be able to return.

Lovely, cozy, artisticly designed 6 person home with vibrant atmosphere. Clean, relaxing jacuzzi which required 2 people to remove and replace cover to use. We especially appreciated the food, snacks, and beverages provided by host.
