Atypical village house with character on 3 levels, completely restored, it consists of a large kitchen on the ground floor, a beautiful shower room with toilet. On the 1st, a large bright living room with a pellet stove. On the 2nd, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms with a powder room in one. Opposite a tourist garden, with very clear views of the valley. Parking space is available at the bottom of the house. A small non-attached garden (10 m away) will be available in summer, July and August

On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 80 cm or option of a 160 cm bed, 160 cm bed in the 3rd bedroom), bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: fully equipped kitchen, regular coffee maker + a Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, large living room with TV, 140 cm sofa bed, 20 m² terrace, barbecue. Sleeps 8 people

Located in a quiet area, with quick access to shops, public transport, and the Lendrevie Leisure Centre. Non-smoking, ashtrays outside.
