Very nice house, the rooms are very nice, and for a group of 10 in winter, perfect dining room and kitchen, a huge fireplace completes the whole thing. A great interior and welcoming hosts, clearly we had a great time in a very small village, in absolute calm.

We had a pleasant stay at the Villa XIV. It was quiet and had a view of the forest. From booking the villa to receiving us and then to checking out, Jeanne and Virginie had been giving us clear instructions and messages. We were never left wondering what to do. Jeanne, whom we met, is a warm person. She is helpful and quick to respond to our messages. Thank you, Jeanne!

A gem of a place tucked in a lovely place in the world. So much to see and do only a short drive away, but the place is so beautiful it makes it difficult to leave! Thanks for a lovely stay Nicki and Brendan and for being such great hosts!

Very pleasant and functional refurbished barn, nestled in a very beautiful garden and in absolute calm. The accommodation is very functional and very well-equipped. The pool and terrace are very nice. The site is well located for visiting both Tarn and Garonne and part of Aveyron with beautiful bastides and canoe rentals nearby. Finally Charlotte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. A big thank you for this stay.

We had a great weekend with the family. Very large, cozy and very functional cottage. The bedding is very nice. The play area and spa are very nice as well as all the outdoor space. i recommend it 🙂

A professional seminar in an exceptional setting! This splendid residence is also ideal for holidays with friends and family! A 10-minute walk to Gaillac, you have absolute calm and proximity to shops at the same time! We highly recommend it!

Alexandre was very attentive and kind. The house was comfortable and clean. We only misunderstood and thought it had two complete bathrooms. But we arranged well for a few days. The play area in and out of the house loved my son. Quiet place to enjoy. We'd be back!

Pleasant overnight stay with friends in the gite of the BONNEFIL wine estate (AOC Gaillac) with a visit to the latter organized by Chloé - passionate and exciting vineyard - and a tasting of his wines made with sharing and enthusiasm...Thank you Chloé! Erwin gave us a welcome worthy of a privileged guest with a keen sense of hospitality. You will have access to a swimming pool in a green setting, a real haven of peace. A beautiful vegetable garden, a neat and comfortable environment at all levels. Everything is well thought out! Sensational

This place is well worth the value! Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and loads of cooking items. A rare find in an airbnb! Everything is nicely laid out and spacious. Backyard is fully enclosed so your pup (and/or kids) can run around the yard. Shops are within a few minutes drive and neighborhood is safe for walking your dog late at night. We felt completely at home here based on how the host set up everything. Wish we had booked for longer!

We spent over a month and rented both houses for 12 people, a gathering of family and friends . The property and surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful. The owners were attentive to all our requests and questions, took amazing care of the grounds and the pool and went above and beyond to help us with anything we might have needed. It’s incredible what you can visit within an hour radius. This is an exceptional property that we are happy to recommend warmly. Thank you Derek and David!

This is a fantastic house. It is in an absolutely stunning setting with plenty of space around it. It has comfortable beds with high quality duvets/pillows/linen. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped with lots of useful things and decent knives etc. There is also more than enough crockery/glasses so you don't have to put the dishwasher on (and empty it!) after every meal! There is also a really great barbeque. We had a really fantastic stay here.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The accommodation is exactly as described, spacious, beautifully clean, a cosy interior, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous outdoor areas, amazing pool. The house is off the beaten track a few km drive down in a beautiful, lush valley and feels very private. The night sky is just amazing and we also saw lots of local wildlife. The pool is large, spotless and warms up nicely through the day. The outdoor space is beautifully designed with plenty of secluded corners but equally lots of open terraces, great for a mixed family group. Each house is quite private with its own outdoor eating/bbq area and shared use of pool and tennis court. We found the local area really lovely for short walks (too hot for a longer hike!), good local food and for spectacular scenic drives in all directions. Albi and Gaillac are really lovely. The arifat waterfall was a great trip and an adventure for kids. The local small village has a good bakery, a bank, a bar and supermarket. Finally, Rachel was a really warm, welcoming host. She was really easy to get hold of before the stay, and super helpful during. Highly recommend!
