Very friendly and communicative Host. We had a mix up in codes. We arrived after midnight and he replied immediately to our messages. Very nice, quiet clean place to stay.

The Avacado House was a great place for the three of us on our birding trip to the area. Easy checking in, just as advertised, good sized rooms, good porch and patio furniture to enjoy some quiet time outside. Bathroom was recently remodeled, and the kitchen was fitted with everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood (except for an occasional train horn). Glad we found this place!

This place is absolutely amazing and 100% a great deal. We loved our stay and was extremely pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was when it came to cooking necessities. The beds were so comfortable and we felt right at home. Would absolutely stay here again without a doubt! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!!
