It is equipped with all amenities and in perfect condition. You live mainly outdoors where there are terraces on several levels with a table and stone barbecue and outdoor shower. Below are 2 main bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has independent access to the terrace. Above are the living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a loft with 2 beds.

An apartment 5 meters from the beach front perfect for a couple or a young family with a child. It has all the comfort, open kitchen and dining area, sofa and TV. The apartment has a small backyard with an outdoor shower and area to hang out beach wear and laundry. The bathroom has also a separate shower and a washing machine. On the first floor a double bedroom complete with wardrobes and a beach view. The apartment gets a fresh marine breeze and has a ceiling fan in the dining area.

Our holiday home is ideal for couples, offering private access to the sea just 10 meters from the house and located only a 10-minute walk from the center of Carloforte. The house comprises a spacious living room with an open gallery featuring a double bed. In the same space on the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a sofa bed (potentially for children), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying peaceful evenings.

Equipped with every comfort, this house enjoys a beautiful sea view and the kitesurf spot of Punta Trettu, from which it is only 50 meters away.
