Gorgeous place, massive and great vibes !

The home is beautiful, lots of history. We enjoyed our stay, owners lived on site and were friendly. Lots of room, comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend if visiting Fredericton.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Wanda and Jim’s place! They were great hosts, making the check in and check out process super smooth. The place was spotless and so cozy. We were only there for 2 nights but could have stayed forever. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here many times each being a great experience, I come up every couple months to check on my property. its perfect location since its right up the street from it. Phils always helpful. Last time I remembered my tools but forgot safety glasses but he let me borrow a pair so I was able to do what I planned. Trustworthy too one time I forgot my wallet which had at least a couple grand in it, he got it back to me un tampered with. Not to mention I have an 8 hr drive and usually leave at 3am to avoid traffic in ct, and mass. And is always great with letting me check in and out early, late. Last time I tried doing the drive during the day (biggest mistake) didn't get there till about 11pm

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

This was a very last minute booking so we could rest our heads before getting on the road again. He approved the request within minutes. He greeted us even upon check-in to show us how to get in. The airbnb was clean, had the basics and the later 12pm check out was especially nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the bed. I have had back and neck pain issues for decades and it was painful waking up on that firm mattress.

The home went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment you walk in, there’s lots of pieces with funny quotes around the house that give you a good chuckle and make the place more inviting. There were kayaks available, life jackets, and even a wet suit! There were board games and a room with a double monitor taking our gaming experience over the top. A fire pit right by the water making it a the perfect place to lay and look at the stars. The host was very friendly and extremely responsive, I would definitely book again! My friends and I had an amazing night away. Very relaxing and peaceful. Enjoyed the hot tub as well!!! Would definitely go back since it was so close to home, but far enough away to be able to relax

Absolutely beautiful home! Extremely well equipped, very spacious and clean. The pool table was an added bonus and very much enjoyed. Kristel is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Will definitely be back!

Charming place….we felt at home the moment we arrived! Lots of natural light…house is very clean and comfortable. Modern appliances, comfy furniture…many amenities like the “coffee bar” make this place special. Nice trail, grocery store and bbq restaurant all within walking distance. If I’m in the area again, I’d stay here again!

What a great home! Farm house feel with modern upgrades. Great linens and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great! Snowmobile trail right on the property corner and plenty of parking for trailers. Can’t wait to come back

Cozy backyard. We absolutely loved the back porch, our favorite place to hang out in the evening.

We were visiting relatives from the area and this was a great home base. Very nice to have direct acces to the river , we took kayaks up river and landed in the back yard. Hot tub was a fantastic bonus

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful home situated in a picturesque neighbourhood. It was perfect for our whole family to spend time together; the rooms are large enough to sit around and visit with one another. Everything is clean and sufficiently stocked. You can walk the neighbourhood and enjoy all the large historic homes, easily walk to downtown, and the farmers' market is just around the corner. Perfect stay! Thank you for accommodating our additional requests as well! We definitely recommend this as a top place to stay in Fredericton!
