Located under 2 kms from downtown, this renovated historic home has lots to offer. Three bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bunk beds comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests. With a fully stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances, in house laundry, two natural gas fire places, a bbq and a hot tub ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The Valley trail provides a beautiful walk to Odell park, Wilmot Park, or downtown Fredericton. No bachelor/ bachelorette/ diaper parties etc.

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view.
