Het betreft een compleet huis, met keuken die voorzien is van een inductiekookplaat, een oven, een magnetron, een vaatwasser en een koel-vriescombinatie. In de badkamer bevinden zich een douche, toilet en wastafel. Er zijn twee slaapkamers. De ene heeft een tweepersoonsbed (140x200) met een vakkenkast. De andere kamer heeft een stapelbed en een ladekast. Verder is er een kleine bijkeuken met een wasmachine en droger.
