Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen with a 40" smart TV, a large double bedroom, a bathroom, a living terrace, an outdoor courtyard with a living room and a gazebo ideal for aperitifs and dinners in summer and parking in the common courtyard of the building. It is possible to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 extra seats in the sofa bed in the living room-kitchen.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

On the one hand the room with stunning views over the surrounding hills (Pienza, Monticchiello and Montepulciano) on the other the kitchen area. Two cozy rooms overlook the ancient Via Francigena and the Orcia river valley. The bathroom has a large shower.
