Loft holiday rentals in Caribbean Sea

Great place in a great location! Very spacious with beautiful decor. Just a few minutes away from several gorgeous beaches. Martin and Lorena were very helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and providing information about things to do in the area.

What a phenomenal host and hidden gem! Cannot recommend enough, we had such a great time here. The location is perfect, very central to get around everywhere. The flat is exactly as described and everything I had hoped for :)

We arrived just as Salvador was on his way out, and he greeted us and handed us the keys. The outdoor area was lovely, and we ate breakfast outdoors daily. We saw many lizards and birds among the trees. We felt very secure and the area was mostly quiet. We heard the frogs at night, but it wasn't disturbing; you can close the windows to reduce the noise if you like. We really appreciated the cookware, fans, beach chairs, and water filter. The place was clean and spacious for two people. The beach was a short walk away through a residential neighborhood. The pizza place on the corner was delicious and I was so glad they offered a vegan pizza. Everything was a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. The gate door is a little tricky to open, but you just have to push/pull a little, which Salvador let us know. I would stay there again!

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

The studio is as you see in the photos, a very nice building, everything is impeccable, zero noise, very quiet, a very good place to spend a few days of rest with your family. Excellent, thanks Alejandro

We had an amazing stay at Kelly’s loft. Kelly was very responsive when I had a question. We had the pool all to ourselves each day. This stay is paradise. Check for seaweed before making arrangements. We were unable to use the beach the entire stay because of the sargassum.

Enjoyed my stay felt like a central area away from the tourist zone. All the restaurants were incredible, coffee shop just a few min walk from the unit. Enjoyed my stay here would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at Magic Place. Walkable to great beaches and restaurants. Marianne and Rob are so helpful and friendly. The pool is a lovely spot to chill during the day, and it's spotless. Barney the Yorkshire Terrier was the highlight of the place. Would 100% recommend their Airbnb!

Melissa's place was beautiful and the location was perfect and central to everything. Ubers were cheap from her place and as a solo traveler I felt 100 percent safe. Only about 15 mins from the airport. I would definitely stay again!

Jorge is a 5 Star Host . Right from the beginning its was easy to communicate with him . The Appartement is located on the 18 th floor with a stunning view over San Jose.All daily necessary items you need in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were present. His accommodation is furnished stylishly and super clean. On the 25 th floor is the rooftop shared infinity pool with an expensive view as well . The quarters are located centrally with restaurants , bars , shops , supermarket and points of interest nearby. It was such a pleasure to stay in Jorge’s Apartment, always and forever again 😘Lars

Very happy with our stay at Casa Tucan. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for making simple dinners. The balcony provided a nice view to the forest. The location is peaceful. Thank you to our hosts.

This was right by the airport which was very convenient. The Airbnb is a loft in gated apartment complex and you have a designated parking spot, making it very safe and convenient. The security guards are super friendly and just ask for your passports upon arrival to verify your identity. The loft was equipped with everything you needed, including the dryer and washer. We will stay here again next time we are by the airport! Tip - you don’t have to all the way to San Jose to go to a souvenir shop, stop by Chanto it has great prices and quality products. Please don’t buy your souvenirs at the airport as they are super overpriced.

I have nothing less to say than stunning. This was such a beautiful place and may I say a great place to relax and feel at peace. It was nice and quiet and private. Host was very responsive, helpful and communicated well. Trust me when I say it was so worth the experience and peace and beauty this place has to offer. Just see for yourselves.

We had an amazing stay with Sean and Natalia as our hosts! They were super responsive, and Sean gave us several great local recommendations that really made our trip special. The Airbnb itself was super cute, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with extra toiletries in case we needed them. The location is perfect — a laid-back, local beach vibe with fantastic food all within walking distance. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a chill getaway. We’d definitely stay again!

I loved this place and will definitely stay here again when back in Cozumel! Great space with everything you could need including a large jug of purified water. Great location walking distance to downtown and ample street parking if you rent a vehicle. Very cozy space, quiet area. Truly loved it!

absolutely loved this place. luis was very helpful and made sure i had everything i needed. location was amazing, walkable to everything - the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. for a studio it was very spacious with a huge outdoor patio, full kitchen. everything that i needed was fully stocked and everything we very clean. also, lots of windows which gave the place a great airflow. would 100% rent here again.

the house is a 10-minute walk from the centre (uphill), very clean and with all the necessary services, the owner is attentive to details, it feels like home! Viviana responded quickly to my questions and gave me useful advice. Excellent solution if you are in Monteverde

I needed a last minute place to stay before my flight out of SJO. The location was extremely convenient. Fran’s place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! His instructions for locating and checking into the apartment were clear and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay.
