Beachfront holiday rental in Caribbean Sea

Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

2nd time staying at this air bnb and Oscar always provides the best experience. The pool and view is top tier!

Amazing! Went with a group of friends from college and we had such a great time. Home is right on the beach, about 30-40 min away from San Juan, and always felt safe. Ruth was very communicative and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Clean, cosy, fantastic backyard where you’ll see a lot of animals, good location & easy to check-in. Amelia helped us with everything and made sure we had a pleasant stay, thank you again! Would definitely come back.

Location was great, we were able to swim/snorkel right out the door! They were very responsive and when the key broke in a gate lock they responded immediately and had another key for us and we didn't miss a great of vacation. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely do another family stay there!

This place was like heaven on earth for us. The location and grounds are breathtaking, a few steps away from a quasi private beach yet nestled into the jungle. Lots of wildlife to be seen from the house. The groundskeepers were lovely and helpful. The house itself had a rustic feel but had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely come back. What an amazing place.

My husband and I took our first family vacation with our 2.5 year old son, and Pedro's home was the perfect family-friendly location. First, the home itself felt even nicer than shown in the pictures. The home was spotless, spacious, and included everything we needed for our stay. Our toddler was delighted by all of the beach and pool toys on the property, and the pool has a large shallow ledge that made swimming much more accessible to him. The pool was cleaned every morning by the groundskeeper who was very friendly. The property is fully gated, and we felt safe and comfortable knowing that Pedro and his wife lived on the third floor, and the groundskeeper also lived on the property. That said, our stay still felt private. The location and views simply cannot be beat. Each evening, the sun sets directly in front of the property over the ocean. Playa Hermosa as a whole was quiet, calm, and welcoming, and I'd argue that Pedro's home is the best property there.

We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

The house was great. It was clean and in the most beautiful area. The ocean views are a dream. Edwin and Hector were both very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this house if you want to be away from all the busyness and on the peaceful countryside of the island. Lots of local restaurants in the area that are phenomenal.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. This place is a gem. We would love to stay here again on our next trip. Sitting in the pool watching the sea was our favorite part of the stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and we slept incredibly well to the sound of crashing waves right outside our window. Even though the island has intermittent power outages, the onsite generator automatically kicked in and we continued to enjoy every luxury. The house was spotless when we arrived, which always makes a stay easier and more welcoming.

We loved our stay here. It was so peaceful, and the pool was amazing after a day of adventure. I loved that there was a cow pasture with cows out back. It felt like we were on a farm with an Oceanview! The house itself was beautiful, with lovely tropical plants all around. Everything we needed was provided.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very nice (white noise might be needed because of the roosters). The easy accessibility to the beach when we wanted to go there while also having an amazing pool and covered patio to relax throughout the day was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed the quiet and local feel of Brasilito Beach. The campground is right there, like others have mentioned, but it was never an issue at all. We walked to Playa Conchal (liked our beach better) and checked out Playa Flamingo for a sunset one night. Vidal lives on property and was always a friendly face. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic through and through. The location cannot be beat as its steps from the most beautiful beach. The back patio was shockingly private and offered a retreat from beach goers. The house its self was stocked with everything you need. It was definitely rustic which we loved but be aware that it has a bit of “glamping” vibe. Daniela was a fabulous host and made every accommodation for us to have the perfect trip and was responsive to all our questions.

Great accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut House. The house was comfortable and the view was amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Magui Beach House! There were 7 of us and we all loved it. The home was exactly as pictured — clean, beautiful, and just steps from the beach. The sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking. The tide pools were perfect for kids and adults, with lots of fish to explore. There’s a small driveway (plus free street parking) and a park with picnic tables and grills within walking distance. Luis and Gisela were outstanding hosts and immediately accommodated us when a minor issue came up. The home has beach chairs, toys, AC in every room, a pool table, and more! We loved opening the big kitchen windows during the day and relaxing on the porch swing. Tons of food options nearby and Walmart/Sam’s Club just 5 minutes away. No washer/dryer, but a laundromat is close by. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Magui Beach House!

Real jungle feeling - wildly romantic - Fantastic views of the sea - in the rustic ambience - roaring waves on the beach - huge garden with table tennis, pool and many seating - lounging and hammocks for chilling - animal watching (nasal bear, capewara, iguanas etc...) more Costa Rica does not work 🤩💯🇨🇷 as in a fairy tale - unreal beautiful - particularly beautiful was the reception of Ximena, which gave us many tips for the area and activities- Sister 🌴🏝️

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

The Purple Jawfish is a truly unique piece of paradise. there's not another place like it on the island. We got married here, which James said was a first. The palm shaded beach was perfect for our small, intimate ceremony. The sunrise views are epic. The house is well-stocked with lots of kitchen utensils, towels, filtered water, snorkeling stuff. etc. The house manager Angel was on top of it anytime we needed anything he got it for us personally or pointed us in the right direction. The snorkeling 50 yards off the front porch is world class. you can snorkel your way along the reef to Coral View resort, then snorkel or walk back. We also dove with Coral View and everyone there was great. It's an easy 3 minute walk from the house. The Blue Bayou bar is also right down the road and is a great place to get a drink. To the edge of town is only a 5-10 minute walk or a 30-100 lempira/person (depending on how far your going) tuk tuk ride. We are looking forward to our next trip back!

Marcos was an exceptional host. He was always available when I had questions, kind, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him as wonderful host.
