Holiday rentals with lake access in Caribbean Sea

Rosie and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming you can really feel the love they’ve poured into their farm. The property is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, and full of wildlife. If you’re looking for a nature-immersed experience this is a wonderful place to recharge. The home has a unique, artistic design with split levels that offer a creative and cozy layout. There is a little sound as from the main road, as described in description, but the macaws disguise it. It’s more of a casual, nature-immersed space rather than a polished, luxury stay—which was totally fine for us, but something to keep in mind depending on your travel style. If you’re planning to relax, explore the area, and enjoy the scenery, it’s a lovely and memorable spot. Take a hike around the property if get a chance! Communication was great, and Rosie was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay.

We had such a lovely time staying at Casa De Celeste. The property was absolutely gorgeous and in close proximity to town and adventures. It was the perfect getaway before our wedding. The caretaker Vincente was so kind and very helpful. He truly made the place feel like home. We will return and are looking forward to that day. I highly recommend this property.

My second time staying at Felipe's home. Relaxed place; great to meditate and explore near attractions like National Forest El Yunque, La Paseadora tour (riverboat), Carabalí Rainforest Park, Cabezas de San Juan, and others. There are also great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Lovely house, private access to the lake! House staff very helpful and accessible!. The parental suite is just amazing!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

It truly is a little slice of heaven! Pictures don’t come close to doing it justice! We stayed 3 nights. It was easy to get to and close to the La Fortuna area. We can’t recommend pie in the sky enough! From check in to checkout it was wonderful!

Very pretty house with a super nice outdoor area with the highlight, directly overlooking the Arenal volcano. In the morning, I had breakfast there with hummingbirds. There was plenty of storage space in the house and the bed was comfortable. On the way there, you have to pay attention to the signs on the large boulder on the last few metres

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

Totally awesome for 6 people. Would recommend 10/10. Comfy place.

Rosemary’s place was wonderful for my trip to PR! It was in a great location, quiet, clean, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately! 10/10 would recommend.

My stay at Pat’s was truly one to remember. Me and my partner spent our one year anniversary in such a memorable way and I am glad that we chose our stay where we did. The condominium was greatly kept pristine along with having a communicative host that made my entire trip even more better. She provided us with all the essentials to have a very comfortable stay. I am already looking to book with her for my next stay in PR. 😊 Thank you Pat!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Great deal! Stayed a week at this place and me and my girlfriend had an awesome time! Host was super responsive and helped every step of the way, would definitely stay here again.

Casita was modern & immaculate with a lovely pool & beautiful surroundings. Its a minimum 20 mins drive from anywhere but if you don't mind that then you'll love your stay.

The hubby and I absolutely loved our stay! We loved the privacy and beauty of this place. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the palapa and star gazing on our balcony at night. This place oozes charm and I was so sad to leave.

My daughter and her boyfriend were there for a bike ride ride. The location was perfect for proximity to the ride and a great environment to relax following a strenuous day! There was a slight mix up with rooms, but it was quickly resolved for everyone. And, my daughter loved the replacement digs (pets included!) Kees is extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. We highly recommend him and his accommodations.

My family and I had a spectacular weekend, the villa is beautiful and the services and attentions of Johanny and Victor made our stay so special. Yes. Aida, we would repeat the Experience, the house is very well equipped. I suggest pruning the palms a little so that a little more sun enters the Swimming pool, as the water gets very cold very early, or if not, consider putting a heater in the water. We had to leave early. Thank you very much for everything

Beautiful 2nd floor home out in the country. Nice views from the balcony. the ac in the bedrooms work great. the main living area gets a little warm but still fine with the ceiling fan. Nella was proactive with new instructions to get to the house. My fault for not seeing them before we tried to get there from the north road that had a bridge that was closed a block from the house. easy enough getting there from the other side, just don't follow Google maps.

This may be the coolest AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The view is spectacular and you can’t find a more remote spot than this. Jerry did everything you could ask from a host and he truly owns a piece of paradise. The path coming in can be a little bumpy, but it is certainly worth it. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

Villa Marisol & Solveig are special. The cottage is in a gated courtyard & just minutes from a powder-soft beach known for its snorkelling. The infinity pool is in such a heavenly setting & taking in the atmosphere & watching the visiting hummingbirds from the verandah is bliss. We loved the privacy the cottage offers, but it was fun to chat to Solveig & see her two gorgeous dogs too. Inside; the cottage is serene, immaculately clean & beautifully furnished. Everything you could ever need is here & works seamlessly & there is plenty of storage. Some days we had to literally tear ourselves away to explore Solveigs many wonderful recommendations. Just to mention: Sometimes things go wrong. Even on holiday. On our drive back to the airport I had an unavoidable car accident. Solveigs support & reassurance helped make a distressing situation go easier on me. We won't forget her kindness & beautiful spirit & would recommend Villa Marisol, the wonderful island & its people in a heartbeat.
