It has a big swimming pool which is exclusive for your use, completely private and not overlooked. There are also 2 covered outside dining areas and a big, shady yard. There is lots to do in the local area for all ages as well as being within easy reach of the Cévennes National Park and historic sites such as Nîmes, Uzès and the Pont du Gard.

The exterior is not lacking in assets, living room, dining area, barbecue, jacuzzi all year round, all fully enclosed.

The owners, present occasionally, occupy a private part of the building with a totally independent access.
