The apartment consists of living area and bathroom on the ground floor and two loft rooms of which a double and a twin (the latter is preferably used as a children's room for ceiling height of about 180 cm) equipped with air conditioning. Wifi, bed linen and washing machine included.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Licenza IUN Q0750 Ampio e confortevole monolocale Si trova in posizione centrale da quasi tutti i luoghi da visitare a Sud o a Nord. La casa è spaziosa e ben organizzata. I mobili sono nuovi e in ottime condizioni. ci sono Tende Zanzariere anti insetti. Si può facilmente parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile e godere della terrazza. L'alloggio è ben posizionato: a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e a 15 minuti dalle montagne . Si trova in una comoda strada privata, quindi è tranquillo, giorno e notte.
