Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Carcassonne

When you get to Marthomis you will be welcomed by the butterflies, the good smell of lavender and the crowing of the rooster. You can go and pet the horses next door. The calm ,the tranquility of the place and the sound of the stream are perfect for making good naps. The house offers many amenities that are not often found in other vacation rentals. Everything is available which adds a plus. The whole family is delighted with their vacation.

Two adults, one child and one teenager we spent 5 nights at Victoria's house. We were there very well. The description given is perfect as the house has everything that is advertised. Communication with Victoria has always been very quick and helpful. As a suggestion by the host, we believe there should be more dishes, glasses, and silverware in order to wash them after each meal. If we were to return to the area, we would not hesitate to accommodate in the same place.

We spent 5 very restful days at Michael's. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped. The view from the terrace to the pool and garden with the mountains as a backdrop is just beautiful. The pool is very large and we enjoyed it every afternoon. Michael was a very thoughtful host (thank you for the delicious scented lavender cake!). He gave us some good tips for sightseeing and the many hikes possible. We really enjoyed the shaded walk along the Candesoubre, with its small waterfalls, and the visit to Minerve (and the excellent Chantovent restaurant!). We'll be back for sure! Thanks, Michael.

Very lovely holiday home. We only spent one night there but everything was perfect!

We had a pleasant stay at Annie's place. The house is large and very well equipped, the decoration took us on a journey. We were able to enjoy the garden which is a real plus, with an amazing view. We felt right at home. Annie was very welcoming and available and Khali was very friendly.

Very nice house, spacious, pleasant and well located, with a shaded terrace that allows you to spend time outside even when the sun hits. Lots of activities in the surrounding area (swimming within walking distance, hiking, canoeing, via ferrata, etc.). The village is alive so you can't expect to be in a totally quiet place, but nothing bothersome. We were well received, the instructions were clear and the recommendations (for swimming spots, in particular) were useful to us. In short, a very nice stay, we would recommend this house.

We had a great time at Jean and Eliane's place. The accommodation is very well located for reaching Narbonne quickly by car. The apartment matched the photos and description: very clean and well-equipped. Jean is very responsive by message and very friendly. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

We had a great time in Conilhac. Located in a quiet quarter, the accommodation is impeccable and very well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and allows for pleasant swimming. The garden is a little piece of heaven! Edith and Jan are welcoming and caring hosts, discreet and available whenever needed. We recommend their accommodation without hesitation!

The place is a dream, you feel like a princess. Very tasteful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Communication was easy and fast. We slept very well (1 night booked) and would come back anytime.

we are a family of 3 and we had a very nice stay! the accommodation is as described! the owners are very nice discreet and present when we need! very good advice on what to visit and do! the pool is very nice with the big heat we had! if I had to put a downside it would be on the size of the fridge! otherwise everything was very good!:)

We absolutely loved our stay at Tijs. It is located in beautiful peaceful woodland, so there's walks directly from your door and you wake up to the sounds of birds, but is only a 10 minute drive to a village with amenities. It's a really cool space, wood burning stove, hot and powerful shower and a huge bed. Tij was great, he contacted us beforehand to give directions/check in details and then popped in when we arrive and gave us lots of helpful advice. Definitely would recommend.

excellent stay with you, we are delighted with this moment. The only regret was that it was too short! The chalet is clean, well arranged and very pleasant, as well as the outdoor space with its incredible view. Relaxation and soothing are assured, all in an environment that allows for beautiful walks and outings. Thank you.
