Ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of the Bastide St Louis, Le 9 de Cour is a charming guest house with inner courtyard and garden, within walking distance of all amenities (shops, bars, restaurants) and all the remarkable sites of our city : 15 minutes from the medieval city, 8 minutes from the Canal du Midi... My house is in the center of a village near the RN113 , the interior is sober but welcoming , an average town Lézignan-Corbières is nearby , I live on site , 1 bedroom has a 1m40 double bed, the 2nd on the same floor 1 bed of 0m90 and the 3rd on the 2nd floor with 2 beds of 0m90 , 1 folding bed of bb is available , suitable very well for 1 family with 3 children . I specify that this is not a cottage , it is a bed and breakfast rental.
