We designed it as a comfortable and bright place, ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with the essentials: nature 🌿. Just a 2-minute walk from the lake, between pine forests and the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy walks, swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing or relaxing by the water. Studio located on the 1st floor with stairs, not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have a free parking space (automatic barrier with electronic box), a key box will allow you to access the studio. Inside, shower room with separate toilet, equipped kitchenette, seating area with 160 cm bench/bed, storage and video projector.

Beach 1 minute away and supermarket 5 minutes' walk from the house (and Lacanau city center 6 minutes away, yes, we timed it) where you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. From the balcony, you can also admire the sunset every night...
