Country house isolated from the village by a short, narrow, steep road. Very calm and peaceful context, surrounded by woods. Place located a few km from Lake Maggiore and Laveno (and the beaches of Reno, Arolo, Ceresolo, etc.) and about twenty km from Varese. Gemonio railstation connect to Milan in 1h30. The cottage is on two levels: on the ground floor there is the kitchen and the bathroom (with small bathtub), upstairs the double bed and the living room, all in one space.
