Perfectly situated for our needs, less than an hour away from the airport. Don Victor and Dona Maria who live on site downstairs were really helpful on arrival, they were on hand if we needed anything but at the same time hardly noticed they were there! We saw the parrots in the almond tree too, which was amazing!

Casa Peces is well maintained and comfortable. The home is spacious and the neighborhood was peaceful. The pool was perfect. It was very easy to communicate with both Martha and Jessica. I would absolutely stay at Casa Peces again on a future trip!

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

Comfortable and family place to enjoy in peace

Cindy was very friendly and helpful at all times. The house is just as it is in the photographs and is pet friendly, a benefit for those we always walk with our pets. The condominium is very safe and quiet.

Moraviana is truly a gem. For two people it is an ideal place, very modern and with everything you need. It is conveniently located, as a midpoint for several beaches.

The house is very nice and comes with everything you need to have a great time. Close to the Automercado and with a lot of security. Peggy is always very attentive to our arrival and anything we needed. Fijo is a place we're going back to.

We stayed the night here, as we only needed a place to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. We felt safe and secure. We would stay here again if needed.

honestly, I had a very peaceful and relaxing time at this apartment. from the quiet, clean atmosphere to all of the restaurants (and there's a lot) that's literally outside of the apartment complex, to the amazing pool, to the kind staff. I can go on and on. this place is worth it! if you're in Costa Rica, make sure you check this apartment outif you're looking for convenience and peace!

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

The super nice, clean and well equipped house. We didn't have a complaint about anything

We had a very nice time in this home. The facilities in general are comfortable and well equipped, and we really appreciated that they allowed us to stay until after lunch, a gesture that made our experience even better. However, there were some details to note. We couldn't connect the fan near the grill, and pool light never turned on. In addition, the guest room close to the pool is quite different from those in the interior, it does not have its own bathroom and you have to go out to access one, which could justify a slightly lower price. Outside of those points, the house is great and we really enjoyed it. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you so much!!!! Pura Vida 💛

Amene and Jacqueline were unbelievably awesome during our stay. Jacqueline was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning our coffee maker quit she arranged to have a new one at our door within an hour. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. We stayed for a month and were pleasantly surprised that a weekly cleaning was included, the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The house was very comfortable and we thoughouly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Punta Leona resort for 3 days of our stay, at a very reasonable costs thanks to Amene for arranging this for us. Thanks Amene and Jacqueline for making or Costa Rica vacation a huge success.

Overall a great spot for a single person or a couple! The host was friendly, the area felt safe and secure, and Ubers were cheap and abundant. Very cute outdoor space!

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Would rent here again without hesitation! The location is great. We loved being close to town and things to do but still having all the jungle vibes! We saw lots of monkeys right in the back yard! Alex and Glen were both very friendly. We also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Alex & Goldie (his pup)! Would highly recommend that tour! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

The house is directly beside the boutique hotel (but on 2+ acres and very private), so service is easy to access and they are very responsive. It’s also hard to beat the breakfast buffet; get it! The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily, and you can just sit there and enjoy seeing many species of beautiful birds and lizards.
