Holiday rentals with breakfast in Carara

Casa Caladium is a super quiet place, Enmanuel and Dunia were very attentive, always ready to collaborate, they have a very nice garden, with many fruit trees, it is also a private entrance, I felt at home being here. I would definitely come back. Thanks again 😊

The hosts Angélica and Ennio were amazing, a super special treatment, too attentive and always worried about giving the best comforts and having everything clean. They give a delicious breakfast, and in the room they leave so that you can make more coffee, tea, etc. Very grateful for all the attention given.

I stayed there a few days to visit friends in Atenas, an i enjoyed the pool. Jerry is a good host, i would stay there again.

We only stayed one night because we were in transition. The accommodation is ok for the asking price. But let's say I wouldn't spend a vacation in this place but it's great to cut off the road between two destinations. Lilliam is very nice and responds very quickly. this place is a hidden gem. it is very very close to the airport and still in the countryside. the apartment is private and safe located behind a beautiful mansion with a walled garden. orchids and other exotic flora abound on the property. it is a very nice place to simply relax away from the urban frenzy in peace and quiet even if only for one night.

Danny is a super helpful and kind guy. He also gave us a lot of useful information for restaurants and beaches... The gentlemen who live under the apartment are very sweet, they prepared breakfast for us and washed our clothes with great pleasure. Highly recommended for the home and especially for hospitality

The place is beautiful and well organized. Close to the Los Sueños Beach club, and Marina. Sometimes you get to see and hear the scarlet macaws near by, but the condo itself is very quiet. Host is wonderful, very helpful and responsive to our questions.

We had already stayed before and came back because a very quiet and beautiful place, I recommend it!

Sweet family, awesome breakfast, very good communication, helpful and assertive, cutest dog, beautiful view, quiet area. It’s perfect for one person to retreat, if you don’t need fast wifi. You get hot food and basic groceries at the village. Busses are running to Atenas. Gabriel will help you with anything you need, they all speak very good English and like to chat.

Villa Alta has the most remarkable hosts and is a very spacious, clean, and inviting home! This home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yes there are lots of dogs at all the homes, but I never heard them when I was sleeping. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the bay, you can sometimes hear the mono congos in the nearby forest when you sit on the deck, which I did often, enjoying the cool breeze or the rain falling. I would suggest you have a vehicle as it is not easy to get to a market or the nearby towns, which have some interesting history and sometimes shows. Hope you catch the local dancing demonstrations in Esparza! I will return if just even to visit with Jose and Leda, who everyone should take time to get to know! Best examples of Pura Vida!

Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay after a long flight, the staff is very helpful and the food is good!
