Casa Caladium es un lugar súper tranquilo, Enmanuel y Dunia fueron muy atentos, siempre dispuestos a colaborar, tienen un jardín muy bonito, con muchos árboles frutales, además es una entrada privada, me sentí como en casa estando acá. Sin duda volvería. Muchas gracias 😊

Los anfitriones Angélica y Ennio fueron increíbles, un trato super especial, demasiado atentos y siempre preocupados por dar las mejores comodidades y tener todo limpio. Dan un desayuno delicioso, y en la habitación dejan para que uno pueda hacerse más café, te, etc. Muy agradecidos por todas las atenciones dadas.

I stayed there a few days to visit friends in Atenas, an i enjoyed the pool. Jerry is a good host, i would stay there again.

Nous avons séjourner qu’une nuit car nous etions en transition. Le logement est ok pour le prix demandé. Mais disons que je ne passerais pas des vacances a cet endroit mais cest super pour couper la route entre deux destinations. Lilliam est tres gentille et repond tres rapidement. the stay was wonderful, the patio was perfect for me, i really felt the peaceful surroundings was great for my last evening in Costa Rice. I missed the wonderful food I'd heard so much about since I stayed on a Monday, will change that next visit. Gracias

this place is a hidden gem. it is very very close to the airport and still in the countryside. the apartment is private and safe located behind a beautiful mansion with a walled garden. orchids and other exotic flora abound on the property. it is a very nice place to simply relax away from the urban frenzy in peace and quiet even if only for one night.

Danny è un ragazzo super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha dato anche molte informazioni utili per ristornati e spiagge… I signori che abitano sotto all’appartamento sono molto dolci, ci hanno preparato la colazione e lavato i vestiti con molto piacere. Super consigliato per la casa e sopratutto per l’ospitalità

The place is beautiful and well organized. Close to the Los Sueños Beach club, and Marina. Sometimes you get to see and hear the scarlet macaws near by, but the condo itself is very quiet. Host is wonderful, very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Anna and Michael were phenomenal hosts and so welcoming! We are so happy we started our trip with them. They provided great tips about traveling around Costa Rica and we learned so much. Chef Michael’s food and margaritas were outstanding!! Highly recommend the pork loin and fresh catch. Their private patio provided a great atmosphere for wildlife and peaceful vibes!! Pura vida

Ya nos habíamos quedado con anterioridad y volvimos porque un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito, lo recomiendo!

Sweet family, awesome breakfast, very good communication, helpful and assertive, cutest dog, beautiful view, quiet area. It’s perfect for one person to retreat, if you don’t need fast wifi. You get hot food and basic groceries at the village. Busses are running to Atenas. Gabriel will help you with anything you need, they all speak very good English and like to chat.

Villa Alta has the most remarkable hosts and is a very spacious, clean, and inviting home! This home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and yes there are lots of dogs at all the homes, but I never heard them when I was sleeping. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the bay, you can sometimes hear the mono congos in the nearby forest when you sit on the deck, which I did often, enjoying the cool breeze or the rain falling. I would suggest you have a vehicle as it is not easy to get to a market or the nearby towns, which have some interesting history and sometimes shows. Hope you catch the local dancing demonstrations in Esparza! I will return if just even to visit with Jose and Leda, who everyone should take time to get to know! Best examples of Pura Vida!

Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!
