This charming hotel inn, located just a short walk from the shore, made my trip truly special. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Starting the day with the sound of the ocean and a cup of coffee while enjoying the view was priceless. Ideal for both relaxation and surfing— I highly recommend it!

My friend and I had great stay in this place. If you are planning to go to Caramoan Island, this is the right place for you. The market and grocery store is walkable, perfect to buy some food before the island hopping. The host is also responsive to all our queries, and very friendly. Just a heads up that the place is quite far from Virac and other tourist spots in Catanduanes but it isn't a big deal for us. Overall, we love the place and the host.

I stayed at James place for two nights and overall, it was a great experience. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, perfect for backpackers or solo travelers,it was very spacious and affordable The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bunk bed quality, air-conditioning fan, lockers, .Shared bathrooms were cleaned, and hot water was available. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Virac on a budget but looking for comfort and connection.

An attractive location and comfortable "character" facility. My wife especially liked the hammock on the porch. If driving there, as we were, it can be a challenge to find as no indicator sign appears at the turn-off from the main highway. There is also no road shown on Google to the location, though the satellite view reveals a trail along the beach (which is suitable for driving). However, the contact responded quickly and was very helpful re getting us there. We enjoyed being there.
