You will have access to the beach, pool, pickleball, tennis courts, beach chairs & towels and BBQ grills located in the front of the unit.

A recently renovated open-concept kitchen and living area feature light wood flooring and modern finishes. A large kitchen island with a blue base provides seating and ample workspace. Natural light enters through the sliding glass doors, highlighting a comfortable seating arrangement adjacent to the kitchen.

This condo was recently renovated in June of 2025. Our place is privately owned so you still get access to the resort's beautiful public beach which is within walking distance across the road thru the Beach Villas path, the Bayside Villas pool and hot tub! We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon!
